Where all the meetings regarding Celestial affairs take place. This is a private room, which only the council and those summoned by the council are supposed to enter. The council are the leaders of the celestials and they have been doing a good job for quite a while now. They have been in power for over 300 years now. They are fair and quite knowledgeable about the current situations of war and other affairs of the celestials.

The large table and chairs are well designed for comfort and strength to last a long time. There are murals hanging on the wall of the old style room. Currently there are 8 members of the council but there are extra chairs in case there are people who join the meetings of a special case.
