So, I was walking through B&N the other day, checking to see if there were any new interesting mangas, and happened to discover that HGS was released!
I only read parts of the first chapter, but I already have an idea of what's going to happen in the book.
It'll be interesting reading the novel when I'm so used to the mangas.
Opinions?

I heard it was terrible
It got alot of bad reviews && the so-called-extra on ShinoguxHatsumi is just a recopied part from vol 9.
To me the novel sounds like a total let down.
I'm not even planning to read it anymore
Why can't this great manga series just conclude with a great ending && finally rest in peace for its awesomness...

I haven't really heard anything about it. :/ I haven't finished HG yet though so I probably won't be reading it (if at all) for a while. It depends on if I'm satisfied with the ending of the manga! xd

Well I just saw it in Borders yesterday. I picked it up and scanned through it and as far as I can tell it's just an overview of what happened in the manga. :/ I'm not gonna get it unless I absolutely run out of things to read.

It was good, but I thought it would be more juicy! You know, more "Oooohhh! Shinogu! Take me now!" Sorta thing. But, it pretty much just restates the manga for most of the book...(I guess for the losers that haven't read it yet?).....only, more spotlight on the events that Shinogu was going through at those times. But, I did really like how they explained Shinogu's past and how he came to be apart of the Narita Family! I was waiting for them to say it the manga and they never did! gonk So, that's the top reason for reading it in my opinion.

I'll probably only read that part since Shinogu's past always bugged me [well he IS my fav character of course ^^]
