Well I have a new dream avatar, that will take quite awhile to reach. But I made a slightly similar drawing to it. I kinda messed up the feet, and I didn't bother on drawing hands so I took the easy way and made the sleeves long.

There is also a poem I wrote included in the image. Just minor venting in my poem.

I love it heres one of my poems/songs

Cold

Standing in the distance still waiting
a memory sinking into my skin
of a time when I didnt feel so hopeless
of a time when you would come to rescue me from myself

And now your awake when I'm still fast asleep
And I still dream of the good times
When this pain didnt creep up on me
I'm lost without you

And now I feel so cold
without a voice without a soul
And in my final hour
I will call one last time
out to you

Pretending to be together
when I really am so broken
tears hidden behind a smile
so fake that it seems real
pretending every second
a lie that never fades
still wishing that it were the truth

And now your awake when I'm still fast asleep
And I still dream of the good times

And now I feel so cold

Those are both awesome!
@mellee: I can hear a tune with your poem; it flows very well! You should write more/post more poems!
@rockr: That's so pretty! I really wish I could write songs... The only thing I can write is poetry, but I can't really find a tune that matches any of them, because I thought more along the lines of poetry. XD

One of my poems:

Reminiscence

How I loved the recent days
When I was filled with life and cheer.
All those times were many ways
Of healing me from early year

But O the blissful time now past
That I believed would last so long
Was, I guess, not meant to last,
More proof that I was very wrong.

You told the truth of how you felt,
I’m glad; just thought I’d let you know.
No matter how the cards are dealt,
We’ll still be friends, right? I hope so.

I wrote that some time in Freshman year in response to some things that occurred then. XD I have about eight other poems. Lol

Lordy those poems I could just....wow.
Very well written.

I really want to start writing songs. But it doesn't seem to work for me.
We should make a seperate topic just for poems.

wow strangerland thats amazing I know this is weird but I actually wrote that song for an anime charecter miski from rumbling hearts

*goes to the site* Those are good! I can definitely hear a rhythm to the lyrics. If that makes any sense. XD I keep trying to write song lyrics, but they always sound more like poetry than an actual song. ><
