This is the first time I've opened the tome since I purchased it. I've named your Scarlette like the color of your tome, I hope you don't mind. My name is Samm, and I'm your writer. I hope that I will get to meet you one day Scarlette, you've been a part of me for as long as I can remember and now I've finally been given the chance to make you part of the world.
Today is a very rainy day, there's thunder and lightning. I don't think you'll like thunder, it's loud and sudden, but the lightning is quite beautiful really. I'm sure you'd love lightning. I'm not going to school today because of the rain, the weather is quite unpredictable where I live and I don't know if it will be safe when I have to drive home later.
I know you are some kind of feline, a big one, I've always been able to feel your loud purring when you're happy. You know I've noticed that you usually begin to purr when I get something I want. Like last night, when we rented a movie I'd been wanting to see, you were there purring away.
I've got to go for now, Scarlette, but I will write again as soon as I can. I hope you are well in the mean time.

I'm sorry I haven't written Scarlette. I've been extremely busy, I barely have time to sleep lately. I hope you're not angry. Anyway, I'll let you know what's been happening.
On Friday I went to school, and then I ended up getting caught up after school. I had some shopping to do so I did that and met up with a friend of mine at the mall while I waited for my boyfriend to pick me up. We had movie night, and I made cupcakes, it was nice. I know you wanted to rent The Wild, I could hear you growling for it, but we didn't want to see that one, sorry. ><
Yesterday was party day. You know, Saturday always is. A lot of video games, and pizza. I took pictures outside for a while, I was vbored and there were a lot of animals hanging around. I know you enjoy taking pictures, or at least you will when you're given the chance. You're quite the creative little kitty aren't you? You always make yourself known when I do anything funky and creative. It's nice to know I'm not alone.
Today I'm not doing much, just painting the kitchen and listening to music. I'm sure you'd enjoy both, but I'll let you decide that for yourself.
It's a nice day today, the sun is out, it's warm, and the rain has gone away. It's something like 12 degrees. Mmm... I can't wait for summer, my favourite season. Swimming again, yay!
Well Scarlette, I hope that gives you an idea of what I've been doing and why I haven't been able to write. I'll try my hardest to get back to you tomrorow and tell you how everything is going. <3

Ah, Scarlette, once again I've left you alone for too long. I do hope you do not become feral. Ah well, as for an update on life. I baked cookies last night and cupcakes today, I've been taking a great liking to creative cooking, mainly baking, lately. I believe you enjoy it too. I'm sorry this cannot be a long entry, I do have to scamper off to my work, but I will try my hardest not to neglect you dear, you mean much to me and I don't want you to be unhappy.

I enjoyed my day. It was fairly lazy. I had four classes today, which sucked, but I get tomorrow off, which will be nice. I wish I could write more, but I just wanted to get to you and say hello. I wonder how long it will be until you start to take form. I need to go get a shower now, I'll try to write later if I'm not fighting with Bill again (he's one of my friends, just a really dumb one). Have a good night incase I don't get back.

Good afternoon Scarlette. I thought I'd write since I'm going to be away for a couple of days. Tomorrow and Saturday I'm going out with Adam and we're going to spend some quality time together. Once again life is coming before writing. I had a tooth pulled out last week, I'm still in pain. v.v It sucks. I can barely eat. I missed quite a bit of class because I was in pain but I'm catching up now. I write two tests on Monday, in History and Chemistry. Not looking forward to those really. Right now I'm just finish off some checmistry and math homework before I get back down to studying. Overall my week was alright, just painful, and I hope yours was the same. Hopefully I'll be able to start writing more often now. I'm caught up in most aspects of life so I may have some free time to get back down to buisness with you Scarlette. I hope you will not be angry at me for my busy life. sweatdrop
