Are the Misfits really that big with skateboarders? I know I'm a skater and love the Misfits, but as far as that goes I'm one of the only ones I know of. I bring this up because I found these: 80's Misfits skateboards 1986 Misfits Thrasher cover

I noticed a big mixture of punk and skating too. Most recently, the new Misfits shoes I bought. Draven made them, I'm pretty sure. one pair is the original skull, and the other is from the cover of Die, Die My Darling.

I'm not too sure. they never talk about skateboarding in high school or earlier... at least in any of the interviews i've seen.

Rockstar_imn meh... I never really say the Misfits as much of a skateboarding band, with their image or their music I think the Draven skate shoe company just marketed off of it to make some money.

If you go to their site www.misfits.com and look at the merch theres some decks and longboards and stuff, I have a Misfits deck at my house but I don't use it until my other shitty deck brakes.

I used to skate a lot, but now I really only collect decks. I have one Samhain deck, and a few with some chicks on them. xd

Well, skateboarding has always gone hand in hand with the punk community.. Especially since since most of the ones in my area are like me in the sense that we are dirtbags who could never afford a car and think bikes are lame.
