Im in a pickle, cause Im sicktoday, but since Im not 18, and thusly emancipated, I cannot excuse myself from school.
I called them and tried to excuse myself since my grandfather has like the exact same voice as me as long as I keep the feminist voice down to nothing.
Me: *clears throat*
*rings*
Attendance Lady: Hello? (Note, there are two atendance ladies, one is the spawn of Satan, the other is really nice, I got the nice one)
Me: Hi, I would like to excuse Paul Christianson from school today.
Her: Are you emancipated Paul?
My Inner Self: Do'h!
I then wondered if I should play it off as my grandfather. However, since she was the nice attendance lady, she wouldnt be all emo since I made the attempt to excuse myself, if I got the evil one then I would continue the act since I would truely have nothing to lose.
Me: I have a fever of 102 and I cant go to school today, I can barely stay awake as it is...*coughs pathetically*
Her: Aww...well I cant legally excuse you Paul, but can someone else call from where your parents are and excuse you?
Me: Not till Monday. What about your 24 hour rule?
Her: Its okay, youll be fine! I will make a little note here so you can be excused. Get well soon, okay honey?
Inner Me: Awwwww.....=3
Me: Mm'kay, thanks! Bye!
Inner Me: ******** what do I do? xD
So Im officially ditching all day today, and my mom would go insane if I ditched...so Im in a pickle...>.o
People need to post and not murder the guild....;-;

She was mad, but I told her when I was half asleep when she called me the next day. None of my teachers cared...mom was more infuriated about other stuff that made me mad...>.>
