Are there any Goth-based, cyber, Industrial, Deathrock based stores around where you live? I live in Salt Lake in Utah and I only know of one. And it's about 8 blocks away from my house. It's called Obscura. It's gone downhill since I first started but it's still neat to know that there are people interested in the culture that are near you. biggrin And that's besides places like Blue Boutique. But there used to also be a really cool music store called Modified that played TONS of EBM. They sold a lot of Goth Rock and the people were way nice.

There is one in Boston that sells old vinyls of goth and death rock bands. Sadly, I do not own a vinyl player so I can't buy them and listen. It's a really cool store. I can't remember what it is called but it is near Berklee School of Music. I haven't been there since I was a freshman. I need to go back there again. I think I could get some really cool goth/ deathrock pins too.

I've never actually gone out and searched for one, but at least I know there's nothing around the Twin Cities area. Not sure about the rest of Minnesota. I'd assume we've got nothing.

I only knew of one person who was into Goth Rock when I started goth-rock. My first boyfriend.
After we stopped dating, he stopped listening to Goth Rock and became a pot-head wigga.

here, in Montreal there are no real deathrock stores. (well...from what i know) we have a gothic store called Cruella tough. (for the plastic kind of goths) and a store called Diabolik, that sells many original dark stock made in quebec. we can find cool articles there. and we have a punk store where we can find few nice articles. I cant remember the name but its on St Denis street. Metro sheerbrooke. and mhm..what else? these were the more important i guess and we also have bunch of shitty stores like Amnesia and D-tox that pretend to sell goth and punk things, but in fact, they only sell skater/emo/no idea what things with brands as Emily the strange, Vexy and all these poser-brands-wanna-be-hawt.

There are also probably a few in Mission, Hayes Valley, etc. I know there are some cool ones on Telegraph Road in Berkeley. There's at least one called New Deal here in Santa Barbara, and some others along State Street that have come and gone.
