I need to hire atleast two more crew members for now. I need to know who is the most able to take on the responsbility of being a crew member. Feel free to try and convince me to promote you. Being active in the guild forum also raises your chances.

ok, here is my resume
i am a guild vice/ captain
i am vice currently, but i am in a war with the owner/ co-owner to determine who get's it
but we both are practically capt's, we have equal rolls
uhm.. pm me for more q's that u wann aknow about
oh, my guild is also looking for another guild to go to war against

I am in the same guild as nachos, actually, also as a Vice Captain. I still say we should have war as soon as he and Favine finish up the Civil War...But ya. I'm not as buisy with the war as he is. I'm on nearly daily, and I'll be roleplaying here soon if I can, so ya. And I'm insane. Give me people cookies!
