4/22/07 EDIT: Since no one has been suggesting anything...
~Shops: Many guilds have a sub-forum where their users can open up shops. Would any of you be interested in selling pets, avi edits, or anything of that sort? Would we limit the shops to pirate/potc-related shops?
~Contests: What sort of contests could we have? What sort of prizes would we give? Perhaps we should combine this into a "Contests/Games" forum?
~Movie Info: A forum dedicated specifically to information about the movies. Maybe detailed character bios, in-depth plot summaries of the movies, and news about premiers and such?
Do any of these options sound good?
