There isn't much of a 'debate' on the existence of global warming anymore; I find it interesting that this would be a question. What there IS left to debate is what to do about it and people have some varying opinions on that. Some are not willing to make sacrifices in the now for a better future, while some are willing to suffer a little now to suffer a lot less later on. Species tend to think in the short term, hence we've done so little on the issue even today!
There is a debate. Some believe that the global warming issue is not a big deal, and is over-portrayed by the government. They could also belive that the warming is a cycle that has started since the last ice age or earlier.
Others think that global warming is all man made and will lead to tons and tons and tons and tons of destruction and that it is all our fault.
And there are some that do not have either of these views
