I know i am a giant at the age of 13 and im 6 foot

Well don't feel bad. I'm just 6'1" tall with some muscle on, but, I live here in Tokyo, Japan. Sure there are quite few Japanese natives who are my height, however, when your the gaijin you stand out even more. In fact, today I was out with my girlfriend (who is from Scottland and is my just about my height) and we were at Yokohama Zoo checking out some of the Cherry Trees that were being to bloom for spring. When I took a seat on the ground next to a tree for bit to load my camera and short time later a bus full of young school kids (maybe seven to eight years old) pulled up and they got out so they could get a group shot for their class photo by the same cherry tree I was sitting under, their teacher asked me very nicely if I could move.
I said "Sure, no trouble." and begain to stand up. In the counter of my eye I could see at least half of the childern's heads begain to lean back as I stood up to my full height. (I was at least a foot taller than the teacher.) I actually heard one boy whisper to another boy next to him the word; "Ookichi." which means pretty much the English word;"Big or large."
And that's just a sample of what I have gone through. I've got a couple more I can tell you about if you want to hear. I like banging my head on a very low wooden beam.

Dudes, I'm only 6'0" even although I may still gain an inch or two before I turn 20 if family history is of any indication.

There is a guy in my dorm who's 6'10". He's so tall he has to duck the doorway into his room.

I think I can understand about banging your head part pretty well. Check this out. As I said I'm 6'1" tall and my weight is about 203 lbs. In the modern day building here in Japan I still on a rare time "bump my head", however, I think this moment still tops my "headbutt" with ceiling support beams.
About two years ago I was on a tour to an old highway town called; "Magome" in the Kisoji Pref. This town has many old building in it which some date back to 19th century.
Here's the set up; I was just starting to walk through an INN after taking my boots off at the doorway (I'm now wearing just socks on my feet). As I followed my tour guild (who was an old Japanese woman who was maybe 5'0") we made our way to a large tea room which had a smoothed out tamtai mat for a floor.
As I listened to her broken English carefully about the INN's history, I failed to notice at frist that the room was on a light angel going up because the building itself sat on sat on the side of a cliff. (What this means is that as I walked on into the room everything above my head was getting closer with each step I took.) I happen to see a large wooden ceiling support beam in front of me and at first I would just miss it, then I next looked down on the floor and saw a sign both in Japanese and some English saying; "Your head you must mind."
The way the words were spelled out puzzled me for a second, then it hit me at what they were saying. Then it really hit me, for when I looked back up my forehead hit smack on the wooden beam hard enough to knock me off my balance to where I slipped back off my feet by the heal and fell backwards and landed on my back with a * on to the tamtai floor. (*At least that's how it sounded in my head at the time.)
Well, it was only 11 o'clock in the daytime ,yet the stars were already out for me. Behind me I hear the sound of laughter, I lean my head back to see two young childern (who are upside down) laughing at me. The boy who was Japanese yells out a few words, but, I caught one word; "Sarpen" which means "Quake".
The boy's father then says to me in English; My son says; you make ground quake."
"Domo." (Thanks.) I say as I and the old woman help me up.
Anyone else have something like that happen? Don't be shy please.

Yea well either im lucky or just in a wierd area but all of the girls at my school are just as tall as me or even taller but i never got to mention it really
