So who plays in Pipe Bands? What Instrument?
I Play Tenor drum. I am currently playing in my local band, but in a year, SFU has asked me to come train with them >.< Its sweet stuff!

i don't sad
not that i wouldn't be interested but im just not that talented unfortunately
i've always loved music and just about every instrument there is, and of course i'm nuts about pipes but *sigh* it wasn't meant to be

Yea, Most of the people I train with have been playing for a few years. It takes a while for one to get good at the pipes esspecially

hey guys! i know reaper's too busy drooling right now to come tell y'all but it looks like he's going to be getting his first chanter within the week !!!(ebay, he's drooling on the puter screen....ew lol)
we'll get him in a pipe band yet smile

Thats cool. I got my first set of Tenor sticks a year ago. they where Tyler Fry sticks so they cost like 100$

I've messed around on a chanter, but that's about it. My sister plays the pipes in a PB, but I'm a fiddler myself.

well reapers getting more than just the chanter! HE'S GETTING A FULL SET OF PIPES!!! biggrin
used but made in scotland, he'll have to tell you all the extras, i'm clueless, but he's happy, he's just got to replace the bag cover and cords, they're blue and the cover's been mended so he's just going to get new ones...probably green or red.

I'm not in a band, nor know how to play pipes xd But I do go to local concerts and I might still be able to play sax a little...
