A small one room house with tatami mats on the floor.
One sliding door made of rice paper, is the only entrance and exit.
The house has no furnishings except for some sheets and a thin bed cushion to sleep with.
The house is not small because of money but simply because it is more comfortable for Kai and its more logical because no items are around to get broken if ever he was attacked in his home.
