Okay, first off, I'd like to say "Hi" and welcome to the Mutants, Mystics, and Mayhem Guild! I'm [`~Neko-Setsuka~`] but for short, you can call me Neko or Setsuka or anything along those lines. And on behalf of Le_Diable_Blanc16, I'm going to help him out in construsting this guild and create a place that I'm sure everyone will enjoy.

Okay, now onto more important things. There are a few rules that are needed to be established before we do anthing else.

Rules

1. No begging. At all. That includes using PM's to beg also. (against Gaia TOS and can get you in a lot of trouble.
2. No flaming people. It's just not nice.
3.Keep your RP's PG-16 rated. (No sex, rape, or anything like that.)
4.If your going to kill someone in an RP, make sure it's alright with the person your killing. (It's one thing if the character agrees to it. It's another if you just plain out don't like someone and you kill them for the heck of it.)
5.Show respect towards others. (explains itself.)
6. No godmoding
7. Be active
8. Be semi-lit.

More rules will be established later if necessary.

Profiles

Make sure to stop by the Profile and fill out a profile based on the bases there. You can even create more than one character throughout the guild but make sure you create more than one profile for them, okay?

Areas

As far as the areas in this guild go, we have 4 main areas (The Mystics, Mutant, Human, and Hybrids villages) but that's not the limit. We're also going to allow users to create there own areas AS LONG AS they do not contain anything inappropriate. (xamples: Whore houses, Places were drugs are sold, etc.)

Story

It is a world ruled by Mysticism and Mutants. Among these enhanced individuals there are normal people. You live in this world, you belong to one of the three sets of people. Tensions are high in some areas. But mostly people get along. This story takes place in the city of Neo-Liberty. You choose where you live in the many homes and apartments. Also on the rise is a new group, The Hybrids. They are composed of Mutant/Mystics and Human/Animals.
