Here, I'll start:


Ok, so on Halloween (2006), I cosplayed Axel all day. Yes, even at school. IT WAS GREAT FUN.

For those of you who care ( sweatdrop ), to make the coat, I bought a cheap little Bleeding Reaper robe (with the bleeding mask that I'll never use) and modified it. I had to sew up a rip in the back, have a friend resize it, and hemmed it up a little (it was too long). I made the beads out of Sculpey (and painted them silver once they were baked) and strung them on a necklace (which I took apart so I only had the chain) I got at Wal*Mart. Then I sewed the chains and all onto the coat. I also had to cut down the front of the robe and put in a 36-inch-long black zipper, which I did with the aid of a wonderful little invention called Stitch Witchery (it's iron-on stitching, and I love it forever heart ). As for the rest of the costume, I wore a thin, tight-fitting black shirt (the coat's fabric was a bit see-through, so I wore this underneath OoU ); black gloves (from Party City); black pants (from Wal*mart); black socks; and AWESOME black heel-less boots that look almost EXACTLY like Organization XIII boots (from Steinmart). And I used red spiking gel on my hair (though it refused to spike, so I smoothed it down for school...), and black eye pencil to get the eye-triangles/tattoos.

SO, now for the pics (and I apologize in advance for their size):



The one with the glasses and purple-and-black-striped tights is LovelessShadows (who was supposed to cosplay Roxas, but she didn't finish her costume on time). The one with the eye-triangles/tattoos and the black coat is me (cosplaying Axel). In this pic, we're huggling near the entrance of the Media Center. Yup...we reinacted the scene where Roxas leaves the Organization, but modified it so it went a little like this:

Axel: You can't turn your back on the Organization! They'll destroy you!
Roxas: Who cares? It's not like anyone would miss me! *turns and crosses arms*
Axel: That's not true! ....I would...
Roxas: *turns to Axel* Really, Axel?!
Axel: ...well, DER!!!
Roxas: OMG AXEL!!!
Axel: OMG ROXAS!!!
*they glomp each other and start snogging X3 *

Yeah...then one of the mean librarians came over and told us to quiet down. Then we started dancing and singing the "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" song just to spite her, and we got thrown out. Then we retreated to the Cafeteria, where we could be as loud as we pleased. xd



Ok, so a little before Christmas, I had a vase of pink roses that my little brother gave me, and everytime I looked at them, I thought, "omg Marluxia." So one day, I messed up my hair, threw on my Organization XIII coat, and had my little brother take a pic of me as Marluxia fondling the roses. Oh, and that random silver thing under my arm is one of the hood drawstrings. XD

EDIT: I also cosplayed Marluxia this past Valentine's Day! I wanted to give each of my friends a chocolate rose, but when I discovered that they no longer sold them in cheap little bouquets (that I was gonna take apart... ninja ) and the individual ones were rediculously expensive, I settled for a box of chocolates ('cuz the box had roses on it whee ), and gave one chocolate to each of my friends. 3nodding

Sounds like fun :3 I met a guy that cosplayed Riku when he was wearing the black coat. i'll ask him if i can post his picture here. He really looked like Riku

xD Well thanks, guys. FYI, I'll be going to another convention in about two weeks, so I'll try to get some pictures from that one. x3 In the mean time...
