While I have your attention, please take the time to read the rules. Breaking any of these rules can/will result in a blacklisting from the shop or warnings that can eventually lead to the banning from the shop.

Follow all Gaia Online rules.
No stealing any of my/Faforechao's work. We've both taken time to make the graphics, and who likes getting their stuff stolen, anyway?
No selling your pets without my consent.
Trades should be titled appropriately (I like page numbers). When you send in the trade, I will not confirm it until I have completed the task. Before re-uploading the finished work, I will confirm it, and once you confirm it again, it will be uploaded.
Please do not constantly bug me to get orders done. Sometimes I'm not online long enough to do graphic updates, and I do have a life of my own.
Please DO NOT PM me for any reason relating to getting flatsale or raffle pandas or anything pandas! If you are looking for a custom, ask me if you can PM me about it, and I'll give you the okay to do so. I DO NOT DO CUSTOMS. Wait for an auction, if anything. If you need to talk to me one-on-one in private, please ask me while I'm online in the thread, and I'll approve you PMing me. Everything else shall be DELETED. Multiple PMing can lead to blacklisting. (I've been getting too many panda PMs lately, so I need to reinforce this).
Do not constantly ask me to rebuild or change your house around.
DO NOT place an order if the list is closed.
Respect others and myself, and you will get respect back.
Please try not 2 typ liek dis. it gits vry annoyin. Or LiKe ThIs. Proper grammar, or at least the best you can (I understand language barriers), is appreciated. Also, try not to spam the pages up with nonsense like "I WANT ONE!!!!111" or emotes galore. Also, try not to stetch the pages.

Flatsale Rules
You can only nab one egg at a time.
I will pick a page number where the form posting begins. Once the thread reaches that page, form posting can start (even if you post your form and it's the first post on the appropriate page, it will count).
You CANNOT go back and edit your post to change the egg number if you see someone took the egg you want. You MUST repost.
Pure gold only, no item substitutions (except for Donation items). Price must be at the tektek price at the time/day of the post/flatsale.
Feel free to prepare your form ahead of time.
If you don't get one, don't complain - there will be more chances.
Form must be filled out correctly (and with my form) to count. All other formats will be considered invalid.
About Proxying (getting a panda for someone else): It is allowed. You can get one for yourself also, but as long as they're in two different posts.
Trades should be sent after I confirm who the flatsale winners are. I will confirm after I have finished making them.
Auction Rules
Do not start bidding until I say you can/the appropriate page is reached or the appropriate time is reached.
Donation Items/Letters (sealeds included), Uncommons, or Rares can be used @ the tektek price
A minimum of 100g increase.
If the AutoBuy is reached, the auction is over.
If not the above, the auction ends when I say it is, appropriate page is reached, or the appropriate time is reached.
Winner must fill out the flatsale form (or if a form is given specifically for the auction, that form), add any additional gold if he/she is buying more than the auction package offers, and send the trade. I will confirm it when I finish.
Raffle Rules
Unlimited tickets (unless otherwise stated).
Tickets are 25 gold each (unless otherwise stated).
You can buy tickets for other people as well.

Randomizer.org will be used.

Most of latter rules after the main rules apply to events that happen outside the guild, but should be known anyway.
