As sundown ended and that time of the day where there is no day yet no night appeared the door to Naturae was open, letting out a mild aroma of tea and warmth. Mike sat on a chair inside and stared lazily out into the street that connected his restaraunt with the rest of Crosshaven. He didn't usually keep his front door open this late, but today he decided to see if anyone wanted to stop by for a late evening meal. As his shadow mice scurried in and out, making deliveries to patrons at the Crosshaven Inn and personal homes, he thought about what was going in the town right now. "There i-is a calm around the town," he said quietly to himself, "a-as if something is about t-to happen to everyone n-near to the Govenor." As the fire of Naturae burned, the front door was slightly illuminated, as if drawing in late night customers to come and talk. Mike grabbed a pitcher of pear tea he had placed on the table and poured himself another glass. "I wonder wh-what is going to h-happen to Crosshaven now?" As he said this the shadow mice kept making their deliveries, hurrying in and out of Naturae as if that's how it would always be. "How m-many people feel this way a-also?"

"Good e-evening Hergo. What c-can I get you?" Mike stood up and walked over to the buffet. he still had some salads, soups, and a few desserts laid out. He was surprised to see Hergo so late and so far from the broadcasting station, however he was glad that someone had come by.

"Heather. Away from the station, I'm Heather. And don't be so nervous. I don't bite, unless I'm asked," Heather said with a grin, and a saucy wink. She strolled over to the buffet. "I think this will do," the orange woman observed. "This way you won't have any leftovers."
((say, Mikey? Can Heather flirt with ya? biggrin ))

A tiny girl peeked into the building curiously. With all other lights in the town extinguished, she was beginning to wonder whether or not anyone was alive. However the light from this place had really caught her attention.
She didn't really come in, but lingered in the doorway, watching. It wasn't often she went out by herself anymore. Besides, Mr. Hollow didn't know she'd left yet. She wondered how long it would be before he noticed her absence.
((Yeah, thanks again Mike!))

She walked through the front doors, for a moment her normal way forgotten. Looking around, she breathed in deeply the aroma of the food. It's been so long since I've had a good meal. "Pardon?"
((Thank you so much Mike!!!!!! crying ))

Not able to sleep due to the thoughts streaming through his mind from everything that had been going on lately, he had decided to take a stroll down the main street. It was rather late out, and he was enjoying the silence of the empty Crosshaven. However the soft lights from Naturae caught his eyes, and he was drawn to the sight. Pleased to see a small crowd already having gathered around, some faces he recognized, others he didn't, he decided to join them. He removed his hat as he walked towards the door, hoping he might be able to grab some of that tasty food Mike was known for.
His eyes widened in surprise however at the little girl, it was the same one that Hollow had asked him to heal not too long ago. Not sure if she recognized him, he gave her a small wave, and stepped back to let her in first, if she so wished. "After you."

((She can flirt if she wants to! ^^ I don't mind! ^^ heart )) Mike watched as Aveto walked in and asked if there was anybody here. "Hello Mr. Aveto, w-we're open l-late tonight! Oh, Hergo," he still wasn't used to calling people by their first names without saying Mr. or Mrs. first, "we just made a-a delivery to WTMI f-for you today!" As Mike turned to talk to Aveto he noticed the tiny girl at the front door of Naturae, "Mr. Aveto how have you b-bee- hello there little girl, d-d you want to c-come in?" Mike poured a glass of pear tea for her and held it out with a small smile that came with a barely inaudible (sp?) twitch. He had never really met the girl and didn't know that Hollow was taking care of her. Mike continued to hold the glass out for Spura as Avice and Colin walked in. "Good evening Ms. Avice, Mr. Colin, how have y-you two been?" He was surprised to see so many people but was also very relieved.
((You're welcome y'all! ^^ heart heart ))

She entered the room quietly making her way to the very same booth she had occupied the first and only time she had been here. There was only one face here she recognized and he was busy tending to all the other unknown ones which for now suited her just fine. People watching , as far as she was concerned, was one of the most rewarding hobbies a person could have. And restaurants where one of the best places to do it , almost, unniterrupted. Well, they where before she had become famous. Nowadays she ate in, it was nearly impossible to finish a meal otherwise. However in this town, for the most part, she had not been reognized. True, she had not left her room much and when she did it had been with her driver, but still.
She sat back watching and noting whatever perked her interest from time to time. Fully content to let the night unfold before her eyes.

"Thanks, cutie," Heather said saluting him with the tea. "And I needed that light snack. Having a metabolism like mine is a pain, some days..." Heather then turned and faced the assemblage. "If nobody's eating, the buffett is mine."

Mike picked up the pitcher of tea and said, "Tonight I made some p-pear tea Mr. Aveto." Mike poured Aveto a glass of the pear tea and gave a small in-audible smile. As he did so he turned to Avice and said," I've been okay Ms. Avice, however I a-am worried about Govenor Nevermore."

Mike laughed a bit and gave the same almost in-audible twitch at Hergo's salute. "Ms. Herg-I m-mean Hergo, if you n-need anything else to e-eat then please tell me," said Mike. As he noticed all the people he remembered the small girl that was at the door, "Oh, is she s-still here?" When Mike looked over at the front door however he saw Amunet Falkland walk in. "Good evening Ms. Falkland, how h-have you b-been?"
