When you make class changes, you gotta think like this: The character got the max stats (-lck maybe, you gotta think up the lck yourself, but be reasonable!) of his/her class in lvl 20, they get better and better, and when they reach lvl 40, they classchange, so the number you gotta give the guild is:
1: the max stats of your character after PoR(lvl 20) 2: the stats the chr got when lvl 40 3: the classchange stats, the stast after the chr classchanges (lvl 1 in the new class) 4: the new max stats (lvl 20, in the new class)

The classchanging tree:
Whimp class: [ex:Journeyman] Gets few stats when lvling and are weak
Basic class: [Ex:Fighter] Gets more stats each time lvling then the whimps, gets better in time
Advanced class: [Ex:Warrior] Gets much more stats when lvling, then the two before, is strong. The advanced class grows to lvl 40 before CCing again, which is the dobble of the others.
Ultimate class: [Ex: Champion] Gets very much stats when CCing and when lvling. Is very hard to get max stats with, but has very high max stats, you'll need to give them some stat-adding items to have them get their max stats. It's normal that the Ultimate gets most stats in the stat the advanced was weak in, Ex, champion gets much def when warrior had not-so-good def. All ultimates are VERY STRONG!

Warrior -> Champion (Boyd) When a Warrior becomes a Champion, he get better def, but he also becomes a little slower then other units at same lvl, and the res isn't very great either. Now able to wield swords and still having higher Hp and Str then the mostly all others, Champions are of the best fighter there are.
Warrior lvl 20 max stats: HP 60 str 30 skill 28 spd 27 lck 25 def 25 res 20
Warrior lvl 40 new max stats: HP 80 Str 48 skill 45 spd 44 lck 38 def 32 res 33
Champion lvl 1: HP 86 (+6) str 55 (+7 OMG) skill 49 (+4) spd 47 (+3) lck 38 (+0, no one ever gets lck when they CC!) def 40 (+8 OMFG!) res 36 (+3)
Champion max stats: HP 120 (only possible with use of Seraph Robe) str 75 skill 65 spd 62 lck 60 (only possible with use of Goddess Icon) def 70 (only possible with use of Dragon Shield) res 58 (only possible with use of Talisman)

Recruit --> Cavalier--> Paladin --> Protector
Protectors can use all weapons, and ride horses. They are extremely resistant to magic, unlike Paladins. ((I have no idea what the max stats should be, someone help me out here))
