Yes, I mean extrasensitive. Not sensory.
[copied from different guild topic:] The Splendiferous Rufu So today in math class, these two books that were stood up on the chalkboard ledge fell down. At different times. At both occurrences, I was in this bored, almost-meditative state of mind, vaguely focusing on the book. This pretty much made it promptly fall. I might chalk this up to coincidence, but it happened three times in the class - and they have never fallen off of the ledge before.
I know that while in that interesting state of mind, I was more open to the energies in the class room. I sensed vortexes of energy hovering over my classmates' heads, and I think I intercepted some thoughts (but they sort of popped into my head like any other thoughts of mine, so I'm not sure - but that's also how telepathy always was with me).
Now, in addition to these things happening, while in this state, my phantom limbs seemed to open, and they seemed very defined and real to me - much more so than usual.
So - do certain states of being effect your therianthropy in any way? How so? Any theories as to why?

One thing that interested me when i got the chance to talk at length with fellow Therians was the effect of personal perception on our shifts. For example- awakening as a Therian. Not too much actually changes except for our perceptions of ourselves, which of course opens many doors, but just the perception seems to have an effect.

I dated a guy once who I believe had special talents. He had prophetic dreams, he told me about them when we first strted dating, and I didn't believe him at first, but after getting to know him, and experiencing his predictions for my self, I came to realize he wasn't making them up. He would tell me about dreaming something, and then a week later it would happen. He even dreamed about us breaking up, right down to the details, a couple weeks before I even thought of it. He's also amazing at "reading" people, I might add. Although it's not quite mind reading. He's just sensitive to that sort of thing.

My boyfriend is like that too, only instead of seeing the defined "future", he sees paths that the future could take if he does certain things. It's really quite interesting.

I think it's more like "Hmm.. if I do this to this person, this is what might happen." He said that they're not always right, but most of the time they're pretty dead on.
Though I'll have to ask him about the gambling thing.. ninja
