Rouge-nin
Many Rouge-nin have been abandoned one way or another. For some their families have been murdered, for others they have found that the use of chakra was limited or impossible. Many of these ninja were excluded from academy training for they had all been trouble makers and thieves of their time who couldn't fit in no matter how hard they had tried and who sought power. They have all been recruted under one ninja as equals but the ranking sysetem that they were familiar with remained the same. The Rouge-nin consist of ninja of all villages and clans with their own specific fighting styles and uneque jutsus.

These ninja have been tought disaplin under the recrutment of the same banner and are united within their ranks. They are loyal to only themselves as they find that they all share common bonds. Each ninja is specifically trained to decrease their dependability on chakra usage and how to keep from using to much at a time. These ninja are also trained how to use dark and light for they are not used often by any village. Upon learning these techneques they would also find themselves exsperts at genjutsu, espionage, infaltration, sabatage, theft and escape measures. But the higher the rank the more they were tought thus allowing them to learn the ways of the assassin. Those who could not learn ninjutsu and the art of nindo were simply tought Many fighting styles to max out their natural abilities.

Although the Rouges are spread out wide as mercinaries they have one base camp that they rezide as often as they may. This place has yet to be found both because it is a well gaurded secret and is thought to be protected by an around the clock genjutsu which was a logical statment for the main base camp has yet to be seen. The Rouge-nin carry the mark of a cresint moon as their ensignia or clan symbol if you will. Some may keep the traditional head band of their villages but their loyalty remains with the other Rouge ninja. People have given their unseen village the name of Getsugakure or The Hidden Moon Village because some say that the only way it can be found is when the moon is ful and shining down upon it, but those who seek it have yet to find in which this mystereouse place resides.
