|Biography|: “Don’t understand why everyone wants t’a be a trainer now-a-days…” Andy was never the Pokémon type; she never had a Pokémon, or even thought about getting one even at her age. Although she had nothing against Pokémon, and thought they were as good as it gets. She was never fond of them, always minding other things then the small creatures that would live around her. Yet even if she wasn’t one to have a Pokémon, there were a lot of Pokémon that would fallow her around, even if she didn’t own them or even acknowledge their actions. Most Pokémon just seemed to like her presence. Especially water Pokémon—maybe it was her bright blue hair, or her lengthy appearance. Whatever the cause seemed to be, the girl was neck deep with stray Pokémon, yet none that would stay.
Born and raised in Diamond City, Andy was use to seeing Pokémon everywhere she went, yet it wasn’t until she began to move from town to town at the tender age of seven that she saw almost every kind there was. Of course, she always like water Pokémon better since they seemed to be the type of Pokémon to accept her presence the best. At the age of thirteen she moved all the way from Pearl City to Vohyge Town. The ride there quite bumpy; although once on arrival Andy warmed up to the place very well. Being one of the main ports of Angorb she could be around water pokemon all she wanted, not to mention information from all over the world.
She grew up well there, never caring too much about the world around her; even if researching was common for this character. The girl was happy, with a keen wisp to match. She was a traveler, someone that hates to stay in one location for an extended amount of time. Just like her mother. Even if she never met the woman, her father did talk about her a lot. “She’s travelin’ all around the world now. Maybe she’s come back one day.” Her father use to always say. Andy being the oldest child of two, although her and her sister always minded their own busyness, and never became very close. Since she was a traveler, what better excuse to wander the world free then a newly found pokemon.
Andy was walking by from the shipping docks home from another tiring day at the old flower shop. A pasty white apron folded in crossed arms. It was pretty late, the moon showing a shaking glow over the vast dark ocean. Walking past a couple of old steamers and carriage boats, two large eyes suddenly flicked open. Andy continued to walk, her eyes gazing up at the night sky. There weren’t many starts out, yet due to the factory pipes made for tar and goods, there never was. Andy breathed in deeply as she made a turn for the corner shops sidewalk. The red eyes lowered, then quickly zapped to a couple of wooden crates behind Andy.
Andy turned as she heard a rummage, only to find herself staring down at dirt concert. Shrugging, she continued on her way. The red eyes peered out of one side of the crates, then slowly fallowed once more. Suddenly Andy saw a flash of black. Looking down to see her apron no more. Hesitating, her eyes darted around, trying to spot the culprit. “What the hell…” She breathed, stepping back as she glanced around once more. At an instant, a small puppy-like Pokémon pound her on that back with a friendly leap. Andy shrieked as she felt her body thud against the hard cold ground. Turning on her back she looked up to see a small Eevee with her apron in mouth, waging its tail at caffeine powered speed.
Usually, the Pokémon would fallow her home and yipe a little then prance along it’s way and yada-yada. Yet this one wouldn’t leave. For an entire mouth, Andy woke up to open her front door at the face of a small Eevee yipping at her happily. It took an entire mouth for Andy to decide to keep him. And from there, a small friend ship sprouted, Andy didn’t treat this little Eevee as a pokemon, yet more as a companion, a follower, and a real human being.
