You know, I've been wondering this for a while:
For RP purposes, exactly what happens when a character opens a chakra gate? What kind of stat increase would occur, or would it strictly be a 'haha my character can open his gates and yours can't' kind of thing with no extra benefit?
I'm just a little confused, is all.

The gates are a restricted jutsu if you know them then that means you got permission from tosh and then you cant use them with out his perrmission. So yea you would have to ask him this question.
