Which game is your favorite and why?
My favorite is #3. Firstly because of the graphics. I found that the extra gruesome details here and there made the game really worthwhile. It's beautiful.
I like heather a lot too. And just the characters in general. Claudia is a nice detestable enemy. Just as an enemy should be. I mean, she's a friggen Fetus-eater!
I just enjoyed all the creepy stuff a lot in that game. Like the happy birthday phone call, the automatic deaths (esp. possession at the train station).
The most memorable part of the game however were the transitions from normal world to dark side. They were very well done.
The only downside is that my favorite character, pyramid head (I named my kitten after him :3), is not in the game. But he is why silent hill 2 is second on my list of favorites.

Well I really can't judge all the games because I only played the second one, but my friend told me that it was the best one. I really loved it, so I guess I can count in her.

saviorofthedark BloodWind88 Well I really can't judge all the games because I only played the second one, but my friend told me that it was the best one. I really loved it, so I guess I can count in her. the second game is pretty kool i recomend the 3rd one very creepy I just need to get a ps2, because mine is broken emo I guess I could borrow my cousins ps2

Even thought I love my friend Pyramid Head, SH3 is my favorite. The graphics are creepy cool (wow I'm a geek) whee

I would have to say my faves are one and three, especially considering those are the only direct silent hill sequels. four has small ties to two, but nothing major. i have to admit i like the flow of the fourth game though. The gradual counting down of the victims brings the game to a great crescendo at the end when it all finally comes together and makes sense.

I haven't played it in a while now but, it's actually kind of scary! That's especially odd for me because almost nothing scares me.

Silent Hill 4 use to be my favorite, but currently it is 2. I love how it leaves you in the dark and fog almost the entire time. I can't speak on behalf of 1 and 3 yet because I haven't played them yet..... I also haven't played Origins, but I really want to. I am widely interested in studying the Walter Sullivan Case, and hopefully if I get accepted in this guild, i will post all my research and discoveries. biggrin
