This is a fairly good ISO burning app for windows, if is free as in beer, I have used in many times back in my windows days and I am posting it here is for something to refer people wishing to get Linux to when it comes time to burn a CD for the distro they have chosen. The author of this program is Alex Feinman, and problems you have with the program or suggestions should be sent to him.

cdburn.exe

You will want to put your ISOs in a root path and not a folder. Other than that it is easy as typeing
cdburn.exe D: isoimagename.iso

It has so far never failed for my burning of linux CDs.
