So far, we have three towns for the Aikou Region. We need a total of five, and I'd love some suggestions on names. I'm planning on making a map once the names and genereal locations are decided.
Also, if anyone is planning on making RPs outside of the towns (Like Tamed Wilderness and Valley of the Four Winds)please do so soon, so that those locations can be added to the map. Of course, areas can be added on as the guild grows, but I would like a basic layout of Aikou as soon as possible.

Tamed Wilderness is open for RPing again.
There is also a sub-forum called Battle Forum. This is where all gym battles will be held (and battles for RPs that don't want the excessive posts).

Coming soon:
An Underwater RP, possibly allowing races other than humans to be trainers (i.e. mermaids, kappa, etc.)
An Elite Tournament, for trainers with Legendaries. Although only one of each Legendary will be permitted to exist, trainers can have them on their teams for this tournament.
New Town of Only Pokemon. I'm thinking perhaps this town has some form of spell/curse on it, so that any who enter become a Pokemon.
Suggestions on these new RPs are appreciated. And those that aren't crew members, staying active is a good way to be promoted.

Updated Under Construction RPs, only Beta/Precious Cups and Mt. Mysterio are still being worked on. All else is open (and eagerly awaiting) RPers.
Please advertise the guild if you can, and if you'd like a banner with a specific Pokemon on it, I'll happily make one.
Suggestions on current and un-made RPs are welcome (especially concerning Manaphy's Kingdom and the alternate races).

I forgot to mention this earlier. Winners of the Alpha/Beta/Precious Cups will be given Gaia Gold as a prize (approx. 10k per cup). Once we get some more Guild members, I plan on holding monthly contests of various categories with similar prizes.

03/20/07 In case anyone was wondering about challenging Gym Leaders: You RP in the city/town/etc. and when you find the Leader in that RP, challenge them (the actual battle is moved to the gym). So, there is no RPing beside battles in the Gym threads, just as battles in the City threads are only those between Trainers.

It hasn't needed stating until now, but please do not make nonhuman or nonPokemon races unless an RP specifies that it is permitted. And using characters taking from an anime/cartoon/show is not permitted; an occasional Pokemon character like Ash/Satoshi or Prof. Oak will be used as an NPC and possibly a playable character later on, but only when given specific permission. Doing either of these will have your character deleted and/or ignored in the RP. Sorry. heart

A little update concerning Aikou Region's Gyms:
(Badge- Leader- Pokemon Type- Location)
Squirm Badge- Konchuu- Bug Pokemon
Zero Badge- Koraseru- Ice Pokemon
Blaze Badge- Tohri- Fire Pokemon
(Unnamed) Badge- Sephiria- Ghost/Dark Pokemon
I'd like to add some more gyms, eventually for a total of eight. I've had suggestions for Water, Poison, and Steel. I'm thinking a Dragon type as the final gym.
Suggestions always welcome, and if interested in being a Gym Leader, PM me for the application.

I apologize for the general inactivity on my part. I know there are a few RPs waiting on posts by me. I'll try and respond as soon as I am able, but this News Update is mostly concerning Tamed Wilderness' inactivity. We're waiting on GreyTheWolf's post, but it may take a while as a friend of his informed me his account is temporarily frozen.
If you don't wish to wait for an extended period of time for someone to reply, I've created a new sub-forum for quick RPs that don't need any general theme. The RPs don't even have to be Pokemon related. Make threads as much as you like in the forum, it's a free-use section with very minimal rules (general conduct still applies).
