Rikoto City is on the southern edge of Aikou Region. Rikoto City is surrounded by a huge forest. The City is known mostly for its pokemon. There are only two types of pokemon, dark and ghost. The city is also known for its strong trainers. There's not many trainers that live in the city. Rikoto city isn't very large, but it has a very large population. The city's gym is located in the heart of the city. That is where most trainers go to battle the gym leader to earn the last Aikou Region Badge.

Sephira walked outside of her gym. Kai, her Absol, was at her side. She sighed as she began to walk throught the street. Every now and then she would hear a 'Hey' or a 'Hi' from the city's citizens. She was officialy bored to death. She had just beat another trainer yesterday, which was her fourth that day.

Sephira looked at the girl. 'She must be new here' she thought as she answered her question. "Not for another two weeks." she said as she stopped walking. Kai also stopped and sat by her side quietly.

Hinata strolled idly through the city, a cheery little Skitty perched on her head. The small Pokemon was threatening to fall off as he bounced about excitedly, trying hard to see every sight he could. Hinata hid a slight giggle behind her hand, amused by her partner.

"It's been a long time since we were in a city, eh Seto?" she asked, receiving a joyous mew in return. "Let's find the gym so we can use up some of that built-up energy." Seto flicked his tail in delight, tiny sparks fluttering from it.
