Lacuna Coil is from Italy. They have been shot up into sucess by preforming at Ozzfest having having a few of their songs released onto the Headbangers Ball complication cd. In my opinion they were MUCH better before Karmacode. In A Reverie was probably their best cd all in my opinion of course. My Favorite Lacuna Coils song would have to be To Myself I Turn.

I ADORE Lacuna Coil. One of my all time favourite bands and I love everyone of their albums. Even Karamacode.
In a Reverie is probably my favourite with Falling Again being my favourite song.

I thought Karmacode was boring. Maybe it was all the hype and excitement. Lacuna Coil was my first real goth metal band ever with Comalies being my first introduction into the genre. I fell head over heels in love with them upon the first song i played. So i suppose it failed me because i expected them to get better not mediocre. eh, i dunno i just could never get into it.

It's definitely not as good as their classic albums. But I dunno, I still find it wonderfully addictive.
I do adore Comalies much more though <3

i always thought i was alone in liking Comalies. I always found it addictive and creative. I thought it was much better than Unleashed Memories. Don't get me wrong i liked UM alot but Comalies was just in a different direction.

My Hollow lol oh yeah? Well your sister had good taste for a 7 year old. Yep. She and I are the only redheads and Goth-Metalheads in the family. Come to think of it, we're the only Goth-Metalheads in the whole bloodline. I was the first Goth. =/

i like Lacuna Coil, they are a talented band, except they annoy me after a while.....im not sure why though.
and didnt they get boo'd at Ozzfest a couple years ago? thats a shame, ozzfest sucks and they dont seem to enjoy Gothic Metal. meh, what else would you expect from a Rock Festival that tries to be a Metal Festival.

Digital Malevolence i like Lacuna Coil, they are a talented band, except they annoy me after a while.....im not sure why though. and didnt they get boo'd at Ozzfest a couple years ago? thats a shame, ozzfest sucks and they dont seem to enjoy Gothic Metal. meh, what else would you expect from a Rock Festival that tries to be a Metal Festival. Yeah some of LC stuff kind of blends together. I use to be this real die hard LC fan since them and Opeth were the two bands that got me into metal, but if after all my LC love i just couldnt get into Karmacode. I just felt like nothing was really ever changing. Different lyrics maybe a few changes in tune but all pretty much blah and bland.

Ozzfest is all about being down-tuned and violent. Srsly, if Sirenia toured with them, they'd all s**t themselves. I know I'd s**t myself in sheer amazement of Sirenia actually being there.
