I am on a year long vision of spiritual growth. My pastor set up a few alley ways and i am fully learning and growing. Through this process i have learned that though i preach God's word i haven't always lived the way i've said.
Has anyone come across this? i guess you'd say you were a spiritual Hyporite? I have learned that though i preach the forever loving arms of God and even though i fully know that god is there with me when it comes right down to it... i'd distanced myself from him. I put up a wall and let him stand looking at me instead of actually guiding me.
has anyone else felt like this?

I find that how many times I tell my self and others that I'm gonna spread God's word at school after Church camp, but when school starts my fire fizzles out.
