Kevon al'Fiir was born with a natural instinct towards Pokemon. He always knew what a stray Pokemon needed, even without getting to know it. Deciding he would put this skill to good use, he decided to become a Pokemon Healer. Getting his first Pokemon, a Poliwag, from his neighbor (ironically a retired Nurse Joy), Kevon set off to become the greatest Healer ever.
