Swellow Fields: Swellow fields is a large vast area of basically grassland. It's called Swellow Fields as during midsummer, this is usally where they find their mates too breed with. Sometimes Miltanks will graze on the fields as well. Highly recommended for training!
Pokemon that can be seen around Swellow Fields:
Pidgey, Sentret, Castform, Swablu, Miltank, Farfetch'd, Skitty, Swellow, Fearow, Lickitung. (lvls. 3-7)
 Forsaken Aigul: A completely deserted, abandoned town known as 'Aigul'. No one exactly knows why it's an empty town, but apparently something happend 100's of years ago at this very town that now makes it forbidden too enter. Buildings have shattered windows, broken down doors, and rotted landscapes. Extreamly creepy at night, as legend has it you are always being watched from a powerful pokemon that will not reveal itself. Wild pokemon do not even come too this place.

The trio arrived at the edge of Swellow fields. "Okay, its going to be a long trip so we might as well get some training as we travel! if any of you guys see any pokemon let me know!" the both nodded and they walked for a little while. Suddenly Hitmonlee grabbed Kai's arm and stopped him, signalling that there was a wild pokemon near by. After looking around Kai finally spotted a miltank grazing near by. Deciding to not be unfair Kai stood up and approached the Miltank till it saw him.
"Okay, Hitmonlee lets see here... what moves do you know?" pulling out a paper that came with the pokemon. "Alright Hitmonlee, lets start with a double kick!" Hitmonlee jumped forward delivering one kick then swinging around and delivering a second. Miltank flew back really injured from the attack. Getting up it got angry and charged forward diving forward towards Hitmonlee. The attack landed and Hitmonlee flew back a few feet.
"Now lets try a Revenge attack!" Hitmonlee charged forward angry at the Miltank for hurting it. It reached its opponent and began throwing a flurry of punches and kicks landing its attack on the Miltank and knocking it out. "Way to go Hitmonlee! good work! now come on guys we need to keep going!" So they once again headed off towards sundale city.

The continued walking when suddenly two more Miltanks jumped in front of them, seemingly angry that their friend got beat. "Well, looks like we get to train some more! Treecko, Hitmonlee go!" He sent out both pokemon who were both eager to battle. "Okay, Treecko youse pound, Hitmonlee use double Kick!!" Making the first moves Kais Pokemon Charged forward. Treecko being the faster pokemon attacked first, swinging its tail and slamming it into Miltanks chest. Hitmonlee followed sending one kick, spinning around and sending a second kick at the same Miltank sending the pokemon flying unconcious.
Seeing its comrad fall, the other miltank, became furious. It jumped forward bringing its foot down hard on Treecko. "Treecko use Absorb! Hitmonlee another double kick
