Rankings are adjusted once a week as me or another crew member see's fit.

You can be demoted for breaking rules and only that.
Promotions go with the win of a mission/challenge or other accomplishments.
You must win rank as a warrior by proving yourself worthy in a fight against me, or my co-captain Higure. Those who have not achieved this rank will not be sent on missions.

For now I need to make a list of all members and put them in Rank, because your name isnt up doesn't mean you don't have rank. It simply means I am assesing your strength, literacy and respect for the Captains.

If you have a problem with a co-captain or myself tell me, I'm more then willing to help fix the problem even if it means apologizing to you.

Those of you who are mods. You are not above the others in Ranks. It mens that you have the power to watch over the guild should me or the co-captains ever need to leave for a long time. While I'm here you will be treated as equals with the rest of the members.
