Ok, here are the different Job Advancements! It goes from Job 2, Job 3, then Job 4. Once you choose a job for Job two, there is no turning back!

Warriors:
Fighters > Crusader > Hero

Page > Knight > Paladin

Spearman > Dragon Knight > Dark Knight


Magicians:
Wizard(Fire/Poison) > Mage > Arch Mage

Wizard(Ice/Lightning) > Mage > Arch Mage

Cleric > Priest > Bishop


Archers:
Hunter > Ranger > Bow Master

Crossbow Man > Sniper > Crossbow Master


Thieves:
Assassin > Hermit > Night Load

Bandit > Chief Bandit > Shadower


P.S. When you get to job 3, and you chose Assassin for your 2nd job, your not actually a turtle. Just so you know.

i want to be a sniper but i hate crossbows...but rangers are also cool but the dont have ice shot crying
