as most know the new pokemon diamond and pearl are out now and there are a lot of new pokemon. since there arent many active people right now and only one active mod im not going to take the time to put all the new ones on the map and everything. BUT the pokemon that evolve from already existing pokemon either through trading or otherwise will be allowed.

Examples:
Gliger -> Gliscor
Sneasel -> Weavel
Magneton -> MagneZone
Eevee - > Leafeon
Eeevee -> Glaceon
