The minimum requirements are:
Main body of text:
Informed material of two paragraphs of integrated material (original and unoriginal with sources at the end of the post or as they are used). Some original content is a must so that it's not just purely quoted or plagerized material.
End Main body of text:
Visual aid of some sort. Photos or diagrams (optional but prefered).
Reliable source links (at least one).
A link to similar material (optional).
Source List would go here in addition to any hyperlinks included in the main body of text.
