(And Sam, I think your Bracers of Magic only give you +3 to your MP, not 5. I could be wrong.)

Talon smirked as he entered the battlefield, catching Scarlet looking at her reflection in a handheld mirror. It was so obvious that she was in love with herself. He drew a kunai from a pouch at his side. He began to run at her at full speed, but threw the small dagger first.

Startled, Scarlet rolled away from the attack, dropping her hand mirror while being hit on the other arm. She growled angirly. She jumped backwards on a table and roundhouse kicked Talon in the face.

(Basically when I roll a 2 for a hit, I can still hit you 3 times. It sounded less cheap when people could roll 4 and 5 for defense. *Shrugs* Still, it's limited and with the right item a person can counter it. Also I believe I only roll 1d6 to see if the toad spell worked, or is it an automatic hit? *Doesn't remember.*)
Talon evaded her vicious kicks by falling to the floor and then quickly picking himself up with a twisting backflip. As he rose, the ninja moved his hands swiftly in the correct movements and cast the spell Toad upon Scarlet.
