This is where you check out books. Since more scrolls are being made into books these days I expect the scrolls to only be checked out by jonin and ANBU if they have permission from the kage. The original scrolls will otherwise remain in the library at all times so that even if all the copies of a book is checked out there is still a record here in the library. They are here behind the main desk so I will distribute them as needed. The only scrolls that were not made into books are looked in the back room where only certain people have access, since most of them contain forbidden jutsu. There is a room especially for academy students, there we have all academy level jutsu and a dictionary of terms for those who are the first generation of their family to chose the ninja way. Academy students may not search other areas of the library without consent from his or her instructor.

"The best place to find them are the academy room. They spend most of their time learning the basics and building chakra." Kori replies while reading a scroll on genjutsu.

Rai walks in to talk to Koori. "Um.. do you have any scrolls on medical precedures such as surgery?"

"Of course, sensei. There is a section of medical scrolls, but I keep the most advanced and the most detailed behind the main desk for the hospital's medical nins. That way there's less chance of an amature using them to attempt techniques too advanced for them. What type of surgery were you thinking of? The scrolls vary depending on how serious the precedure and also whether it uses conventional means or chakra to preform."

Kori pulls out about a dozen scrolls "These focus on implants in different parts of the body, these deal with organic implants, and these are inorganic implants, here is also a scroll that details the differences between using medical tools and using chakra to preform the precedure and some of the side effects that can come from each if you'd like to see that as well."
