Yeah, I really don't like that signature.

But then, since when have Pro-Choicers made signatures that were nice and friendly? Or that, you know, make points that make sense or -actually- look at things from our point of view?

Waters has some.

And, it's a piece of bs.

Yes, I want to call women whores. I also don't think a woman should be trusted with her uterus! I think that she needs to raise her child as punishment for sex and be called names for nine months, and murdered. I want raped women everywhere to suffer. It's just how I am because I'm pro-life, and we were spawned from the pits of hell.

Please. People who believe this stuff make me want to just start calling everyone who is pro-choice a baby killer.

Wanting human beings to have legal protection from their mothers killing them isn't anti-woman. In fact, in half the cases, it's pro-woman, or at least balanced out considering how many females abortion kills. And none of that, "Oh but it's still not a female yet!" BS. Sex is determined from conception. It can't be seen until later on, but it's there. Even pretending that it isn't set in stone until later on, these are the people who favor abortion for any reason, even though sex selection is being used to decimate the female population in parts of the world.

There's an argument that if you care for women but believe abortion kills a baby, then you'd at least be pro-choice political, but I have to wonder how that logic works. It's like Rudy Giuliani's, "I'm against abortion morally, but I think it should be a choice."

Well Rudy.

If it's not killing a baby, why are you against it?
If it is killing a baby, why do you want it to be legal?

There really shouldn't be a reason for pro-life personal, pro-choice political, unless that person is like that with every other aspect of law and wants laws entirely done away with.

That's true, but she's one of the few.

And that's always bothered me too. If you don't think you should be forcing your morals on everyone by making abortion illegal, you should be against laws entirely, because God forbid you force your anti-murder morals on other people. Otherwise it's just hypocritical. But there are a lot of people who seem like they just don't think that they should get involved at all; Like, they really don't think that they have any right to set laws, but they aren't going to object to you wanting to set laws, so they are going to call themselves Pro-Choice when, really, they are a-political.

It's not the slippery slope argument. It's pure logic.

If you think that a fetus is a person yet support abortion, why don't you support being able to kill other humans that you view as people? It's hypocritical to then be opposed to legally sanctioned killing of other beings you view as people.

i happen to see nothing wrong with murder. people are just carbon and water, no different from any cow or compost heap. phyiscally, there is no difference in cutting a stone than cutting a human. turning a mass into two smaller ones. my morals see murder as fine.

why would you push your morality on human value on me? get your uppity, arrogant views off my morality.

I'm a pharmacy tech, and one of my pet peeves is the spelling (or pronunciation) "perscriptions."

Really, the whole thing doesn't make sense. I could pick apart just about every sentence.

And why is "uterus" green? confused

I think the real question here is "Why is condoms even coloured?"

Since even if the person used condoms, obviously they were looking to get pregnant, so they should just own up to their own mistake (of the condom breaking) and have the baby.

I suppose that does fit their view of us, though why they did condom and not Plan B as well confuses me a bit.

Uterus is green because we want each woman to have an infected uterus, of course.

xd This made me smile!

And what places do they discriminate against pregnant women? I don't do that. My teacher's going to have a baby in March so her stomach's showing, she's married but all it is is a small human living in there. ^ ^ Kind of gross when you think about the umbilical cord and the period blood, but when I see a pregnant woman I go "Awwww!" not "YOU NASTY b***h!"

Slippery slope argument . . .

The slippery slope is only an invalid argument if it isn't (or couldn't be) accurate. In this particular case, it's a valid point. To those who feel abortion is murder, it wouldn't make sense to argue that murder should be illegal while abortion-on-demand shouldn't be.
