Alright, I saw this and thought it was neat. What do you want in your dream place? Do you own a place already? Is there anything you'd change about it?
Come on with the details.
I don't own a place but here's my dream place (Getting plans drawn up someday):
I want a 14 stall barn with a cobblestone aisle, 12x12 or 12x14 stalls with a name plate and a spot to hand halters and leads on each door for each horse. 4 of the stalls are isolation stalls, which are in a seperate area closed off from the barn incase of a contageous illness.
My tack room will have racks for all horses, plus bridle hooks, blankets, grooming kits etc. for each horse. Plus there will be some saddle racks, a laundry sink (or two) to rinse off bits and clean tack. Plus some comfy chairs, a table, book case of books on care/health and a fridge of drinks.
My feed room, will have small shelf with books on nutrtion. I'm undecided how to store my grain - I've been many different ways.
I will have a building a little ways off from my barn for hay storage (This is for fire safety reasons) and there will be a building just off fromt he barn for bedding storage.
I'll have a 200'x100' outdoor sand ring, 100'x80' sand indor ring, 60ft round pen, small cross country course, a 100'80 outdoor sand ring with jumps set up.
My paddocks will be accessable from the barn (Not too far off but they will be of good size) with white fencing and double fencing near the road (spaced a little) for safety reasons.
I won't have automatic waterers, I kind of prefer doing it the other way lol. My drive way will be cobblestone (It looks pretty!) with a gate, to control hours people come onto the property plus to keep run away horses on the property and off the road.
I will have one barn dog, 2 barn cats. My house will be large, 4 bedroom,2 bathroom, family room, finished basement with office, large kitchen (I want to be a chef sinec I love to cook)

wow that sounds intense. you must be american in australia we dont have many places with stables like that. my dream place is kinda like where i work.
50 acres on banyle road.
paddocks; Clarry Rowe, Micheals Field, Tie-up yard, holding yard, arena paddock, lane-way paddock, well paddock, house paddock, bike-path paddock, silos paddock and road paddock.
Shed; saddle racks for each horse, bridle hooks for each horse, tack cubes for each horse ect...
Feed shed; Feed stored in drums, lucerein hay.
Hay shed; hay
House; white double story, 4 bedrooms, kitchen lounge room ect...
gates made out of iron. all fences backed up by solar power
basdically the RDA

Hi my friend and thats great, my Dream house would be a great house with a big Ranch with lots of horses.

50 stall main barn 30 stall back barn. Both wooden interior with heated isles made of brick. Each stall would be 15x15 feet. 10 1 acre pastures. All of the horses pure bred.
To the left would be a 3 story mansion. 5 bed 3 bath.
