My roommate/friend, whom I'll call "K," has been watching them, aside from that gameshow channel, all day; "Real World/Road Rules (drama-llama-fest)," "Hollywood's 100 Biggest Secrets," "Hogan Knows Best," and right now, "The Girls Next Door." I don't follow the media's obsession with celebrities or reality tv. I don't like the drama--it bogs me down somehow. I just...have to...vent. But I feel like it will create bad karma. stressed neutral

I'm always like "I have enough s**t in my own life, I don't need anyone else's too."
But if your looking for a good station for music try Fuse--it's newish rock-- or MTV2--it's not as bad as MTV--

I don't even watch MTV. We don't get MTV2, even though my friend's dad is paying for it, I think.

I didn't grow up watching any of that stuff, and I'm blissfully unaware of what is hip, in, or current.
I have been watching the Rage here in australia, apparently the intro theme to this show hasn't changed since it was first conceived.
I love watching my little'en either zone into or dance to the music.
I do have a conffesion actually, I can't understand and never remember what was said during the show but if E comes on I get hypnotized and end up watching it I think I like the voices or something it's crazy.
My mom does it too somebody help!! LOL.

I never watch any of those...well I used to watch the music videos on mtv or mtv2 but my parents locked the channels! but I don't like the "E!". It's pretty useless info... and I just found out yesterday that Britany was 25! I thought she was older...

I've never watched...I'd call them the worst things ever, but I don't want to make them sound that much better than they actually are.

As Homer would say "No T.V., No Beer, Make Homer go CRAZY" Thank Dog for beer >.> ... I had television off and on during my childhood, and did watch some Quality Programing (the A-Team and whatnot) But in the Last several years it has all gone to pot. From the Inception of the first "reality" show I could feel the DOOM and trust me I know my doom. I havn't had access to the brain rot on the idiot box for about 2 years now and I don't really miss it ( some things like the simpsons, mythbusters, the discovery channel and history channel I do miss) and Frankly I think my children are better off without it. Lack of T.V. Promotes creativity and Intellectual thinking. And as studies show you use less of your Brain while Flopped out watching the boob-tube then you do when you sleep... what a waste.
