So Lets have some fun facts that will be updated till the end of March.

First off lets recap why we are in the Spirit World. Aang gvery overwhelmed by the number of enemies fighting him and Katara, he finshes opening his chakras and goes into the Avatar State.

Azula shoots him through the back with lighting and he dies/doesn't die?. As the gang is fleeing Ba Sing Se Katara uses water from the Spirit Oasis to heal him.

And thus Aang must reconnect with his past selvesin the Spirit World to continue the avatar cycle.

Intersting Facts;

♥ Yue greats Aang when he enters the spirit world and tell him that he needs to connect with his past lives or lose the avatar cycle.

♥ 154 years ago Avatar Roku tried to master the Avatar State. Fire sage Kaja, Shyu's grandfather was his teacher.

♥ Constantly throughout Aang quest in the Spirit world. Koh, is trying to steal his face.

♥ Kyoshi lived to be 230 making her the oldest avatar in history.

♥ Way back when the peasents of Ba Sing Se tried to revolt against the earth kng saying he was outdated. They stormed the upper ring and began to destroy artifacts of the old government. THe king called for Avatar Kyoshi to stop them. She refused and he tried to have her arrested.

She pwns them and her and the Earth King make a compromise. She begins to train a special elite team of earthbenders to protect the cultural heritage of Ba Sing Se.

In short; Avatar Kyoshi trained the Dai Li

♥ The Avatar before Avatar Kyoshi was a waterbender. His name is Kuruk and he's married to a woman, called Ummi from the Northern Water Tribe.

♥ On the day of their wedding Koh took Ummi into the Lake at the Spirit Oasis. She didn't drown, but she is kept as a prisoner by Koh.

♥ Koh did this to punish Kuruk for trying to kill him

♥ Ummi is the woman with the long brown hair on one of Koh's faces, as we see in the 1st season finale.

♥ Avatar Roku could go into the avatar state by focusing the sun's energy into his body, but could not turn the power off or control his body.

u said no one knows why Koh took Ummi's face, but it was because Kuruk tried to kill him

We dont know if aang in fact DID or DIDNT die but it would explain the whole "escape from the spirit world" thing. Because if he died than he would have lost his connections to the avatars. So this is him reconnecting, since he was resurected.

But wouldnt it be wild that since he technically did "die" that at the beginning of season three he could only airbend....
