Suggestion: "Introductions Thread"
A place where new members can introduce
themselves in a mini-profile.

Suggestion: Put a stop to "I'm ugly" threads.
They're annoying and no one likes
people that fish for compliments.

Suggestion: More contests. Keep them updated.
Picture contests would be appropriate and will
keep the guild active and in its theme.
"Best Hair" "Best Smile" "Best Teddybear"
and things like that.
Prizes would be a plus. It wouldn't have to be gold.
Something like a "Featured Member" or
"Winner's Circle" or maybe a spot
on the guild's front page.

Suggestion: More guild organization.
I don't know about you guys, but I dislike clutter.
Leave announcements JUST for announcements.
(Annoucements: Thread for users leaving Gaia or taking breaks,
moderator announcements, introductions thread, etc.)
Rules and everything else would seem better as stickies.
(Banners, rules, Winner's Circle, etc.)
Have picture threads marked "PYP".

Suggestion: A sticky for salutes.
No one likes a faker. I think that it would be
beneficial for the guild to have members
salute with their user name@Gaia.
This would help cut down on picture stealers.

The gold goes to new forums, and guild updates, mods, captions, and other positions cannot take out of that gold, it goes right into making the guild better.
