Where to start?
Okay, I just turned 31 in January and I am no longer anxious about getting older, not much I can do about it. I will age well, especially with my background, I'm a mixed mutt of ethnicity.
I'm a bit of a quiet, withdrawn person but I am hoping to break out of my shell after being this way for so long. I can get cynical, sarcastic and downright cold but only if pushed that far. I keep to myself but only just a little. It takes quite a bit to get me riled up, which has taken a long time to keep in check as well. I sometimes have a difficult time striking up a conversation because half the time I don't really know what to say, it's strange but I always have to think out what I'm going to say, and how it might affect someone else...which leads to missed opportunities. But once you get to know me, you'll find I'm a random goofball and typically congenial. I'm not always tactful and I can speak my mind fairly bluntly, but I can get carried away, so I try to keep my keyboard quiet at times.
I'm not a fan of bigotry/racism, predjudice (even though it's nearly inescapable to not be), people who try to cram their beliefs/thoughts/ideas/morals/values down your throat, complete ignorance, attention seekers, drama (who isn't?), cabbage (it's evil), and anyone who abuses animals or kids in any way, shape or form.
I am a fan of anime, kid stuff, Disney films, video games (Final Fantasy especially) cold weather (especially the snow, kinda goes hand in hand xd ), animals (large and small, furry and hairless), my alone time, my cat Nougat, writing poetry, reading, randomness, silliness, good art, hard work, honesty, loyalty, respect,...and of course my family, especially my sister's rugrat Mikaila (her initials come out to M.P.H., go fig).
I am planning on going back to school soon and frankly I'm a bit nervous, it has been so long since I have been out. I just hope I can do better than I did in high school, I got senioritis bigtime. I hopefully will end up with a degree in Web Design and finally do something with my life biggrin . If it's not known already, I'm a very late bloomer and a rambler.
I am not a religious person but I do not condemn or ostracize people for believing what they believe, it's not my place to do so. I have many thoughts and ideas on the subject but I opt not to cram them down people's throats, again, it's not my place. I enjoy learning of other's beliefs and ideas to get a better sense of who they are as a person.
Oh yeah, in case anyone was wondering about the origin of my name: One day a friend/co-worker of mine commented on the number of times I have moved in such a short period of time (over 30 times in 8 years! ) and of course the fact I can eat anyone under the table biggrin .
