I like a lot of different types of music, some of my favorites are classical, rock, and anything with musical 'plot'. In classical, I'd have to say my favorite orchestral pieces are by Russian composers, and some of my favorite flute pieces (I can't believe I'm admitting this) are French, yes the most evil pieces you can find. Rock, I actually don't listen to much of the popular ones anymore, I listen to Evanescence, but now I'm more obsessed with ones like Nightwish (major musical plot in my eyes), and Within Temptation.

I think classical is the best music to listen to if you want to concentrate on homework, or go to sleep or calm yourself down. Of course, it doesn't do much for concentration when I start picking it apart and separating different things such as bass lines, or french horns playing one thing (what can I say, I took music theory, and I'm a musician). I really did like My Tourniquet also, but my favorite song on that Cd had to have been Everybody's Fool because I could kind of relate to it in a way I guess, depending on the way you interpret the lyrics. On the newest Cd, I really like Cloud Nine.

I listen to just about every kind of music there is from classical to speed metal
I just can't abide by country, that stuff is usually just so depressing.
Some of my favorite bands are:
Creedence Clearwater Revival
Hoobastank
Nickleback
The Doors
N.W.A.
Lynard Skynard
That's just a few, there's a whole lot more than that.

What about the songs where the truck broke down, the dog died, the wife ran off with the best friend? "There's a tear in mah beer 'cause I'm cryin' over you.

I'll listen to almost anything as long as it has words and a good beat.

I'm not prejudice.
