Day 3
Afternoon
-------------------------------------------------
Jaime had near of a hour walking with Bruce, this was a very good walking. Nothing was wrong, and the city was so beautiful, he could say that the city have its own magic about it.
Jaime Stop near of the Library, He needed a rest and Bruce too, *This park is beautiful, and the library look awesome*, Jaime was lost in his thought. He will visit the Library one of these days, he was sure of that. Jaime look his clock, it was late. "Come on Bruce, We are leaving" Jaime said to his dog, it was late and he was thinking of work in an agenda for tomorrow.
Jaime made the last gaze toward the imponent building, so big, so nice, he need to see what they have there, *Hey, I'm on vacation, some minutes to watch the front can't kill me*.
Jaime approached the front of the building with Bruce, the curiosity to look was killing him, but he know, With dogs he could't enter. Also he don't have the courage to leave Bruce alone.
*Oh man... I'd like to know* Jaime end trapped in his mind again, looking at the door with serious eyes and, at the same time, a smile appeared on his face.

AJ approached the doors of the library, on his way out. His search had turned out to be in vain, as he wasn't able to find out much except on the Roanoke colony. He rubbed a finger underneath his headband without thinking as he walked outside, where he nearly ran into Jaime.
He smiled politely and backed away, knowing that if he still had ears, they would be turning very red right now. At least there was something to be greatful for.

*Thanks to god* Jaime give the thanks to the omnipotent, this will be his opportunity.
"Excuse me..." Jaime said in a low tone, Bruce inmediatly turned to the stranger and started to smell the air.
"Excuse me sir... hum, well... can you help me?" Jaime said now with more desicion. From his side, Bruce approached the stranger. Jaime fell a little nervous with this, Could this end in another attack?.

AJ turned and for the first time actually looked Jaime in the eye, too embarrased to have looked up earlier.
"Oh, um.. what do you need?" he asked. He found it a good response, a willingness to help without actually commiting to do so. He gave a polite smile to Jamie, as his training had taught him.

Jaime smile in response, *people here is very nice* Jaime was more surprised now. "Well, Can you tell me please. How late the Library will be open? I want to know if I could go later, because I'm with my dog and well, Dogs can't go there." Jaime pulled on Bruce's Collar a little, the dog was approaching the stranger more and more, and he don't want surprises.

"They should be open until nightfall, I believe," he said, not remembering the exact times posted. He smiled at Bruce, then looked back up to Jaime.
"Planning on getting something? I can probably go in and get it for you, if you'd like."

"No thanks, Is not necesary, I don't need it for now, I only want to see how much books or notes they have about a topic that I like." Jaime nod in gratitude. "Thanks for your help boy, My name is Jaime is a pleasure" Jaime raised a hand in greeting, but for his part, Bruce started again with the curiosity, smelling the boy, and looking at him sometimes. "Something is Wrong Bruce?" Jaime said with concern when he felt again the attitude of his friend. *Come on, please be gentle*.

AJ nodded again, "No problem, Jaime," he said. He then kneeled down and tentatively extended a hand toward the Husky.
"I've always liked Huskies, something about them that I've never figured out," he added with a smile.

When the stranger kneeled and hold his hand to Bruce, Bruce start to acting weird, he was pointing the stranger's face and smeeling him with intensity, he don't care about the hand, he was concentrate only in the face.
Jaime kneeled down to pet Bruce's head, approaching him and the stranger "Come on boy, what is wrong? He only want to be nice" Jaime said to the concerned husky.
"Sorry for this, he is nervous that is..." Jaime turn his glance to the stranger, when he notice why Bruce was so curious. Something odd with the Stranger's head... Something don't go with the hairband... His ears... "What the..." Jaime said with concern, but he couldn't complete the sentence. "Hey... I... can I... see something?" Jaime said with doubt.

AJ withdrew his hand, sensing this dog was not interested in being pet and was mildly dissappointed.
"Sure, what's that?" he asked before looking up, only to discover a look on Jaime's face that indicated concern, surprise, and perhaps a little fear.
The smile faded from AJ's face as he had the feeling he had been discovered.

Jaime raise a hand, slowly. *I need to touch it, I need to know what going here* he was nervious or confused... something was wrong, he was sure that he saw "holes" in places of ears... but now that the Stranger change the angle he could't see them. *Don't be stupid, he don't have wounds, you are crazy* Jaime said to himself, he stoped his hand... *don't be rude*
Bruce barked when Jaime try to touch the stranger's headband, but this didn't stop Jaime, "you hav something... Odd... and... I mean... In your ears." Jaime point his own ears with a slow move.

AJ looked at Jaime with still eyes, not entirely sure what to do. The man seemed kind enough and yet...
AJ swallowed and reached up with his own hand and pulled the headband down to reveal the pin-p***k of a pinched hole in otherwise smooth skin, sharing his secret with Jaime and awaiting a reaction.

"oh... mi dios..."(*) Jaime entered in a type of Schock, meanwhile Bruce started to sniff more at the stranger.
*What the ******** is that?*
*Who is this boy*
*No wound? no scar? no damage? the ears wasn't cut...*
*No ears? only holes?*
*A syndrome? a bad formation?*
*WHAT?!?!*
Jaime was so confused, he only could keep a face of "what the ********" meanwhile his mind try to find a logical answer for this.
After a while Jaime return from his Questionland, "What is that?" Jaime said with his confused tone. *This is not right*

AJ quickly returned the headband over his ear and looked down. He didn't feel veryt reassured by Jaime's reaction and contemplated returning to his cabin for the rest of the day.
He took a step back, feeling that Jaime probably wanted more room away from him.

Jaime fell bad for his attitude, he was acting rude. And maybe hurts the feelings of a boy with a bad formation or a wound. "Wait, Please..." Jaime ask to the stranger, he was still confused, but now his tone was like always more paternal. He was recalling when he had a student with Down's Sindrome, maybe he was like him. An special boy...
"Please, Wait for me..." Jaime put his hand over the stranger's shoulder. "Please, forgive me for my attitude, I was rude... and... Please, excuse me, it wasn't my intention to hurt you" Jaime said with his paternal and normal tone, a the Teacher tone.
