The best personal experience: My boyfriend came over for the first time (we weren't technically dating yet) and we walked to the pond by my house at night, and sat on an old bench, watching the stars and talking, while he played guitar. We were just starting to flirt and such, and he was really sweet.
The best anime moment: When Hikaru finds Haruhi hiding in a church under a table, afraid of the lightning, and gives her his headphones and lets her fall asleep on his shoulder.
The best manga moment: Anything concerning Kyou and Tohru from Furuba. XD

Okay, I'm bad. I was actually happy when that boat started sinking. To me the movie was very boring and the boat sinking really started the best action out of the movie.
Spoiler Alert!!
One of my favorite romantic scenes in an anime is in Gantz. The guy is fighting this figure and is about to have this acid type stuff thrown on him. The girl sees this and starts running towards him. She jumps in front of the guy and hugs him as the acid hits her. It rips through her flesh and kills her. She did it to save him.
I was like OMG she loved him so much.
