Hello, NSL here. I'm looking for someone to talk to about...well, lots of things. I like:

reading
writing
anime
manga
drawing
some television shows
embroidery
animals
chatting

I live in Oklahoma and am kinda goofy, kinda serious. I like debating some topics.

I know this is kinda vague since I couldn't think of anything else to put in. If you have any questions, ask and I'll answer.

Hi,

Thats an interesting list, most people who talk to me are not too familiar with books. I am not real good at meeting new people so, I guess I'll pretend you already know me! So, what are you reading currently? I am perusing through a novel by Robert Jordan at the moment. Guess I should intorduce myself, huh? I'm Dustie, Moo on gaia. I am 24 years old, married, father of three cute little ones, gamer, book lover, anime fan, cook, and occasionally I sew. Me in a nut shell....... Guess I'll stop here, I'm babbling. Talk to you some time later I hope.

Hello, Moo that I'm pretending to know already!

I'm Maddy, Not.So.Little on Gaia. You may address me by either. I am immortal and thus my age is beyond imagining ( wink ), happily single, and have no children.

I'm currently rereading the Belgariad by David Eddings. I read it like three or four years ago (possibly longer). Since I remember almost nothing that happened in it other than a very vague plot, I've decided to refresh my memory.

I haven't been able to get my hands on any Robert Jordans that heven't been read so many time that they're falling apart, so I'm afraid I've yet to read him. It make me a little mad, too, since nearly everyone else in my family has read them all multiple times. In the Wheel of Time series, however, I know there are a lot of wars!

Sweet,

The Belgariad is an awesome series! I don't really know that many people who read David Eddings. Have fun reading those again. Oh, Angels and Demons by Dan Brown.... f'n great book...... Illuminati!!! Anyways, how are you? I hope this day finds you well. Do you have an interesting book I should read? I am always game for a new novel. I just read Fairies Landing, interesting manga. I loooooooove fairies! The wife thinks I'm wierd for liking the winged ones, says its not normally a "guy" thing. Oh well, can't be totally manly I guess. I just got my first duckling! biggrin Its soooo cute. I haven't picked a name yet but, I'm leaning towards Edward or Howard........ I'll figure it out eventually. Well nice talking to you, tt4n.

smile Howard the Duck! Has a nice ring, doesn't it? Any interesting books? Hmm.. I'll have to go inspect the bookshelf. *wanders away for a moment* Robert A. Heinlein's The Moon is a Harsh Mistress was good.

You like faeries, huh? Well, me too! I haven't been able to find very many novels that have faeries as a major theme, but there are two series I'm reading. Tithe and Valiant by Holly Black are good. Those two are a little romantic. The Faerie Wars and The Purple Emperor by Herbie Brennan are also good. Both series are Young Adult, but are good reads none-the-less.

As far as the YA thing goes, I'm fairly open-minded about the reading level of books. I can read pretty much anything if the plot is interesting and the book isn't horribly written.
