While I'm personally all for free, unfettered, unrestricted speech, this guild is hosted on Gaiaonline and must abide by the Gaia TOS.
Certain people have been making posts lately that are in blatant violation of the TOS and will result in us being shutdown. I'd like to see this guild become more active again, and when that happens we'll start to see opponents pop up and try to do away with us.
To that end, any post with specific illegal information will be removed. We worked pretty hard to establish this guild a few years ago, and I'll be damned if someone is going to take that away.
Speaking of illegal acts in general, non-specific terms is not a crime and is not against the TOS so far as I'm aware. Here is an example of what I'm talking about:
Bad Post
The best way to sabotage a logging machine is to first acquire X and then use it to Y.
Good Post
The Earth Liberation Front has recently dismantled a series of equipment at a logging establishment. They did it by using X to stop part Y from functioning.
See the difference? In one case, we are talking about something that a person has done in the real world. It is not hypothetical, and it is not a set of instructions. It is activist news.
