I wanna make hommade chacolate for Valentimesdcay for my friends and such!
Anyone have a good fairly-easy resipie?
If not theres a REALLY good chacolate store where I live that I'll just buy afew punds of 'reject stuff' (They make these pounds or so of chacolate with messages in them, and if they go wrong they just smash it some and put it in a bag to sell) That i'm fairly sure is homemade (My Mom knows the lady who ownes it...)
So yeah, please share if you have one!

Sorry it's not in time for valentines day but an easy fudge recipe is:
3 cups choco chips (milk, semisweet, your choice)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 8oz or 12 oz? (make sure you DON'T buy evaporated milk)
3-4oz chopped walnuts (optional)
pinch of salt if you want (I didn't)
Put the choco chips and sweetened condensed milk and salt if using in a glass bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir it as soon as it's done and it will continue to melt and blend as you stir. Once blended, stir in your walnuts if using and pour into wax paper lined dishes or lightly greased flat glass container. Once cooled, you can cut into desired pieced and put in gift boxes. Just don't let the boxes get warm or fudge will get melty
