Ninjutsu- she can manipulate plants and trees, and make ones that are already there grow. She can't create plants out of thin air, there must be some resourse, either soil, or a seed, or a plant, already there for her to manipulate.
Taijutsu- all the basics, plus a few special moves of her own, but Sayuri hasn't gotten around to naming them yet.
Genjustu- she can make someone think they are trapped in a never-ending forest, and then in real life they're frozen in place. She doesn't use this often, as she doesn't find a reason to, and it uses up about 1/4 of her chakra. She also has some other similar genjutsu, but very rarely uses them.
Weapons/Other Skills: Above average speed. Always has a store of kunai and shuriken, and uses them well, with accurate aim. Has good hearing.
Background: Sayuri had a relatively normal childhood, and she joined and graduated the acadmy at the normal ages. She wasn't top of her class, but she was in the top 5%. After graduating, she waited a year before taking the chunin exams, and passed her second attempt. Basically, she has a very typical life for a shinobi. She's taken a good number of C-ranked and D-ranked missions, as well as her share of B-ranked. She's willing to take on an A-rank, but won't say so unless one is offered to her team, which hasn't happened yet.
Personality: Her life seems pretty average, but she's not one to talk much about her family or her feelings. She gets along well with most people. Isn't shy, but isn't a chatterbox either. She's a definite leader type, and usually takes charge whenever possible. Sayuri isn't annoyed easily, except by incompotence, and is usually smiling and polite.

Background: Aki grew up taking care of Kuro like a brother ever since she was only 7 years of age. Thugh she knows that Kuro isn't related to her in blood, she treats him like he's family. She grew up knowing only to have herself and knowledge by her side at all times, and not to be too attached to people of the world. (not really growing up being told that everyone hates her.) She never really had actually friends, more less like aquaintances,and that was as far as her relationships would go with the people out of the clan. She grew up to hate people on her own without being taught to hate people. She lived a few harsh times that just flew by her, she usually forgets them. She learned never to trust people by having a friend betray her. She never forgot that time when she was forlorn by a friend during a mission, that time the mission was failed because of that person. Her friend eventually strayed away from her the team and crawled over to Orochimaru. She wanted to get her friend back to the team, but her friend just didn't come. She became a chuunin at the age of 8, but that was because she trained with almost no sleep, wasting almost all her chakra, knocked out for 2 days, then getting back up. Aki fights at a jounin level when she gets very super serious, but she passes out shortly afterwards of the fight. So, she basically fights at a very skilled Chuunin, but a beginner Jounin when she needs to.

Background: Kuro grew up in the fields around Aki's clan's territory. He was found in the,as a baby, bamboo shoots crying. Some people suspect that the boy was left by a ninja couple. The Nishiwata clan is excellent with ninjutsu, but sucks at taijutsu. Aki took Kuro into her hands. Kuro always would follow Aki, would make her call Kuro, Keiei- kun. Kuro would always 'play' with Aki in the forests, pretending to be ninjas. Once Aki became a devoted Genin, Kuro started to find that Aki was too devoted to being a real ninja that she didn't have anytime to devote a second for Kuro. Kuro likes getting tons of attention, and needs constant friends around him or he'll end up crying. Kuro had a special eyes that was covered up by bandages, and soon by his hitai-ate. Some think that Kuro's right eye could do something that would almost cause death to whom ever sees it. (Almost...) Kuro spends alot of time in the caves of waterfalls, and also in bamboo fields, training with his friend, "Dawa-Zawa". (His real name is Dawa though. Kuro is competetive at times, but doesn't really want to be kage. Kuro is more of an adventerous curious child that wanders anywhere he thinks is cool, or mysterious.

Jutsus: Jin's specialty lies in chakra control and manipulation. Her favorite art is genjutsu though she does use a small amount of fire and wind ninjutsu. She can use one type of medical jutsu and that's the ability to draw poison from wounds. Jin also has a basic grip of taijutsu but she lacks the strength to do much harm with taijutsu and often resorts to grappling or pressure hitting in order to knock an opponent out.
Weapons/Other Skills: kunai, shuriken, thin needles, and needle bombs. The needles are not acupuncture needles. They are more than half as thin and a little less than half as long as an acupuncture needle. These needles seem harmless and don't cause much blood spill but because of how short they are and how thin they are, it is hard to grab onto them and they can cause massive damage to blood vessels. The needle bombs are set to look like rubber balls and are about twice the size of a paintball pellet. The needles within the ball are about as thin as the ones Jin throws and are only about an inch long. The needles in the needle bomb are meant to flow through an enemy's bloodstream and cut/get stuck in the blood vessels. The outside of the bomb has a special agent that sticks to anyone who is not the owner (it's made by the owner so that it doesn't stick to the owner because of their chakra.) Jin has above average speed though it is slower than Sayuri's unless she uses chakra to give more power to her feet.
Jin's family is also a clan that worships cats. As part of their worship of cats, the family members take care of one cat that in turn, helps protect its owner. Jin's cat happens to be a white ocelot.
Background: The Hitoshi Clan is a proud clan that has a bit of a problem with the Inuzuka Clan (Kiba's Clan in case I messed the name up xD). The result of the disputes between the two clans made it harder for the children in the Hitoshi clan to enjoy a normal childhood. Jin is considered one of the less mature children in the clan though she knows when to take an order. The girl was the top of her class in the ninja academy though she was ranked in the low top 10 for her year. The girl was originally in Cell 4 but when she was chosen to become a chuunin during her first time, the village leaders transferred her to cell 3 (upon request/pestering of her clan.) Jin does not enjoy doing D-rank missions and usually shows some sort of protest against it. She, however, does not believe herself ready for an A-rank mission and is quite thankful that she hasn't had one assigned yet. The girl can usually be found wearing punk-ish clothes, the most common item of clothing being a collar around her throat. Her hitai-ate is worn like a wristband around her left wrist. She believes herself to be the weakest member of the cell currently and tries not to burden everyone else.
Personality: tries to keep a good girl attitude about her though there are times where her more cat-like personality comes out, the personality she puts out seems immature and a bit dimwitted but if one watches her fight seriously then one can see the true ruthless nature that she hides from everyone; if not fighting seriously she will "play" with her target

Shapeshifting TechniqueNo other unique ones at the moment. His element is lightning, and his secondary element is fire. He knows the hologram technique. In short, he has the same skills as the Akatsuki leader did, but perhaps not at the same level. Some, he's better at, some, he's not.
Weapons/Other Skills: None Specifically. Has excellent aim, though, with kunai and shuriken.
Background: Katsu grew up in the leaf village as an orphan (his parents died in a mission when he was a toddler), and graduated from the ninja academy at age 10. A year later, he killed his team and several others in cold blood and left the village. He did it so well that they didn't even know what he'd done until he was almost a week away from the village. He sought out the Akatuki's leader, and somehow managed to convince him to teach Katsu some jutsu for a total of about five years. When he was 16, Katsu left his 'sensei' without telling anyone, and then three years later he discovered that Akatsuki broke up. Upon hearing this, Katsu decided to found Hinoiri, with himself as the leader, to finish what Akatsuki started.
Personality: Cold and distant. A patient person, but has his limits. He knows a lot about the individual villages and countries.

Background: Suki is a very closed off girl, yet very open. If you ask her a direct question, she'll answer truthfully. But there really isn't a lot to say about a past that she doesn't remember well. She did live in the leaf village with the Uchiha clan, though. She was the sister of both Itachi and Sasuke. She was allowed to live thanks to her brother Itachi who, when about to kill everyone, knocked her out. When she woke back up she wasn't at the clan anymore, she was somewhere in some woods. That's how she became a missing-nin and a soon became a skilled criminal, but her memory has been fuzzy since then; even if something happened only ten minutes ago she might not remeber.
Personality: Quiet and cold, but also happy and bubbly. She sort of mixes a bunch of personalities.

Her element is Water but she's adept with the Wind and Fire elements as well. She is extremely skilled with combining these three elements to make smoke jutsu but is a bit lacking with elements that she's not adept with.
Weapons/Other Skills: Hauchiwa (Fans made of Feathers), Different Poisons, has good chakra control and manipulation
Background: Daughter of the leader of Kemurigakure, Kasumi constantly had to meet the expectations of the man, who was determined to defeat one of the other villages and become a kage. She disagreed with this although she couldn't say that she was too fond of those in other ninja villages. Kasumi was/is a talented ninja that had the talents of someone with a kekkai genkai and she was able to join her village's ANBU at the age of 12. She eventually left the village at around the age of 14 and a half during an ANBU mission.
Her father still believes that she'll come to her senses and come back to the village so there is no official bounty on her head and she's wanted back alive.
Personality: calm, apathetic tendencies, bit of a space case, is always only half listening and paying to attention to half of what she's listening to, tends to come from left field when she's feeling a bit lethargic
Odd Fact(s): Kasumi does not own a hitai-ate but has the village's symbol tattooed on her left breast. She doesn't like rings so she has a bad habit of putting the ring on a silver necklace instead. (Leader: Be free to chastise her)

Jutsus: Element is Earth, but Secondary is Water. The kekei genkai is an illusion technique,genjutsu, usually almost never used. It basically put the opponent into an underwater sinking scene where the opponent has pressure on the lungs, eventually they die from suffocation. Weakness: You need high willpower, concentration, the genjutsu turns onto the user if they can't concentrate, that is why it isn't used or taught alot to anyone.
Another one is a ninjutsu that summons a storm of needles that follow the victimn around until it touches the skin of then it eventualy explodes.
Weakness: When the user can't see the opponent, then the needles automatically disappear, but reappear once they see the person in the next 10-20 minutes depending on the cocentration.

Background: He often tells his fake past, which was actually the past of an old friend of his, Oel.
History A: Grew up in the rice fields with a simple life and lived in a place where there were vast meadows and grasslands. Bright suns and a perfect life. Always loved by all villagers, respected, living a rather kingly life, protecting the weak and small, almost like a prince. The truth was, Oel died protecting his distrusting friend, Suruat. Anyways, the history that Suruat tells to others is the fairly good past of Oel, a respected and honored friend.
History B: Grew up in a tatami mansion, always embarressed and always disrespected. Rumors were constatnly spread about him. Living with Seira and the other family members. Personality A is when he is around people he doesn't trust, Personality B, he never shows alot. often he had a tortured and horrible childhood, and often doesn't want to remember this history he has.

Background: Aimi had a generally normal childhood; she graduated the academy at an average age in the top ten percent of her class. Nobody but Aimi knows for sure why she left her village, but the main rumor is that she killed an ex-boyfriend for cheating on her and left the village immediately. Of course, Aimi denies this.
Personality: Overly flirtacious at times, but usually when trying to work a situation to her advantage. Cheery, but mysterious. Tends to waste words. Sometimes overly emotional.

Background: Nariko lived most her life in the tea contury till Rakubi was able to take over her one day and killed everyone. Since then he hasn't gotten major control but thats cause Nariko tries her best not to get angry enough for that to happen. She now just travels and does carefree stuff she, in a way, believes that the world is her playground and she never plans on stop playing
Personality: Childish, kind, happy-go-lucky, optimistic, playful, faithful, friendly, forgives easily, belives that anyone she meets his her friend, so she's also a bit naive. Okay, more then a bit naive.

Weapons/Other Skills: Fists, Feet, Dance of the Angelic Blades. She was from a family of weapon wielders/ specialists.
Background: She was originally from Getsugakure, but then she ran away in attempt to find a new village to live in. She was eventually taken in by Orochimaru and made into a sound ninja, she was basically raised in Otogakure. Once Sasuke had killed Orochimaru she became bored of the hideout and then ran off to be a part of some other another group of ninjas. She travels alot, and can almost never be found in just one place. She relys on her taijutsu often, and sometimes uses taijutsu techniques. Although she is a bit weak in taijutsu, she still strenghthens it everyday. She is basically talentess in genjutsu, and knows basics in ninjutsu, but doesn't bother strengthening it. She used to have a friend that lived in Getsugakure, the orange haired girl. She often sees her from time to time.
Personality: bipolar (but doesn't want to admit it), often can be found being alone, but very outgoing when she finds a person to talk to

Jutsus:
Aozame has many of the skills that are trademarked by Kirigakure but he has quite a few other jutsus as well.
1.
Junsai (Water Shield): Self-explanatory. He either uses nearby water or creates water to create a shield. Creating a Junsai from nothing is weaker than using nearby water and wastes a lot more chakra. He usually only uses this move near water sources.
2.
Suigeki (Water Hammer): Another self-explanatory. He builds chakra and attacks either with his sword or his hands. During getting close to the opponent, the chakra is forced forward but as soon as it hits, he pulls the chakra quickly in neutral which causes it to break and ram. This hurts mainly the insides of an opponent versus the outside. This uses a large amount of chakra that must be reused quickly unless it is to be wasted. Aozame also does not use this very often.
3.
Youjoumizu (Curing Water): Self-explanatory. This is the only healing move in his arsenal. He combines healing properties into water to heal wounds quickly. Given his self-fish personality, he only uses it on himself.
4.
Mizuni (Boil in Water): A very dangerous move for anyone, this jutsu can be used as a double-edged technique. The water is combined with fire-base chakra that heats the water to 100 degrees C and burns the target instantly. This can also burn the user instantly as well so the user must be careful to not be in the water when this jutsu is preformed.
5.
Hyoukai (Frozen Sea): The opposite of Mizuni but still equally dangerous. Instead of fire-base chakra, ice-base chakra is used instead and the water cools to absolute zero (0 Kelvin). The same danger can happen to the user as in Mizuni. The only difference is that Hyoukai expends more chakra and the user is able to be on the surface of the water as long as it's not for more than one second at a time.
6.
Tekisui (Water Dripping): One of the few genjutsus in his arsenal, Aozame made this up during his childhood. It constrains the victim and makes them believe that they are unable to move from the floor while a single drop of water continuously drips on their forehead, slowly driving the victim insane.
7.
Suiryuu (Water Current): Similar to Suiton: Daibakufu (Water Release: Great Waterfall), Suiryuu is not as incredibly destructive as the Daibakufu. It uses a strong current that most ninja would not be able to swim against but ninjas from Kirigakure (who are proficient in swimming) would easily be able to use the current to sneak around the enemy while posing that they were swept away.
8.
Suimon (Water Gate): Used quickly after Junsai. When Junsai goes down, Aozame can manipulate the water so that it's like a water gate being pulled open. This creates a fast whirling water that can wash away and even cut through the hardest of items. It's much more destructive than the Daibakufu and does not waste much chakra (although he must have the required chakra to do it after wasting so much chakra on the Junsai.)

Suika (Fire and Water): The only completely fire-type jutsu that Aozame can use, it takes a lot of concentration due to his lack of skill in the fire element. It's used much like the Katon: Zukokku (Fire Release: Intense Pain) used by Kakuzu... at least in range. Suika releases a massive blast of blue-white flame that is impossible to be put out with water. What's more is that this jutsu can be used on top of the water.
Aozame does not usually use other jutsus but he does have other jutsus in his arsenal. Most of his jutsus though are ninjutsu based and there are only 3-5 genjutsu-types that he knows and can use. His main chakra element is water and his subelement is that of wind. He can use the other elements but he has trouble with the fire-element.

Ikishini (Life or Death): A
Dadao blade that is about 5 feet in length and less than half a foot shorter than he is, even with the hilt. It's blade is super thin but made of a special material so that it will not break. It is a one-handed sword that is swung unlike most other swords. Instead of using the angular movements of a regular katana, Ikishini uses rounded/circular, or fluid, movements that belong with its Chinese heritage. Besides being a large blade, it has a blue, almost white, ribbon tied through the hole at bottom of the hilt that is about 2 feet long.
Background:
Aozame grew up in the Kirigakure and was thought to be a bit of a lone wolf and perhaps even insane. Even as a child, he was very cruel with animals and people and could come up with very dangerous torture ideas by himself. It became so that he was even taught by some of the Kiri no Shinobigatana Nananin Shu (Seven Swordsman of the Mist) but each attempt to train the boy ended after only a few months. Aozame learns at a frightening pace without trying too hard but his mental mindset is extremely sadistic and he enjoys the sight of blood and people in pain. It wasn't surprising that even the Mist Village was relieved when the boy decided that he had grown bored of the village and decided to leave. Though his past and stats are not known nor are they even listed in the Bingo Books of other countries, Kirigakure has listed him as an S class Criminal that is not to be toyed with. His level is officially Chuunin but his strength is questionable. To even call it that of ANBU level could be a mistake since he could probably take down the Mizukage if he remained in the village. His weak spot is in places where there is little or no water and being in such places makes him uncomfortable; he usually avoids such places even if it means going out of his way.
Personality:
tends to be self-fish and self-centered and does things only for himself, unattached to the physical world and tends to let his mind wander, very serious in battle, curious but has managed to sever that part of him because of betrayals
Extra: Like some of the others from Kirigakure, Aozame has pointed shark-like teeth. Unlike the others, his upper 'canines' are a lot thinner, longer, and seemingly sharper than the rest of the teeth in his mouth though they do not protrude from his mouth.
UnRelated-ish Note: No put in profile but~ Basically, he's like kage-strong if he's near or on the water and he's high jounin-low ANBU strong in places that aren't desert but aren't wet as hell and he reduces to a high chuunin-low jounin when in places like... Wind Country xD
