Okay here are the simple rules of how to handle oneself within this area. Be courteous to all venders and buyers. This will most likely be mostly the main store in which member avatars and character goods/ items will be.

1.Do not post or sell images and products that are not your own. You will be banned from this site if caught.
2.Be respectful both to venders and customers, as well as fair.
3.All venders must have a vending pass given by an admin. For request to open shop, PM and Admin, or post here. Some one should reply within a timely manner.


Requests:

For the sanity and fairness of everyone, we have some guidelines.

-Owners, be fair in pricing. Not everyone is rich. For the safety of your own art watermark or put sample over previews to customers. This will avoid the temptation for others to take the image, use it, and not pay for it. In the chance this does happen, please PM the Captain or the Crew for that section. We will reply to you and the other in question of this.

-Customers, please be patient in sales. If it is selling items for avatars, then it should move along quickly. If it is shop art, know that some venders may create art by hand and are not always fast drawers.


Now, not all art will be available for the avatars given on this forum. These are done by for now, the Guild Owner and Crew. If you would like your art to become part of the avatar system to help us out, we request that you PM Shiara. The PM should contain the following information:

Inquiry: (What is it you wish to add to the system/ if you’d like to help)
Reasons: (Why should we pick you to help us)
Available time: (what times are you available online?, or how often you will visit the site)
Examples: (some examples will help to build your case for us to choose you or not)

Remember; sending a PM does not guarantee that you will be chosen to aid in the Avatar system, that is solely up to the voting of the Captain and Crew.
